We look forward to having the opportunity to create an unforgettable event and assist you in planning your holiday party. Whether it is a small intimate dinner
at your home or a 500 person three course dinner, we are ready to guide you in the right direction for all your event needs.
Every event is unique so we can design a menu to reflect your style. We invite you to browse through the following menus and choose what you would like to
serve to your guests. All of our menu items are fresh and made by hand; we do not use prepackaged products. Our menus will include a selection of tray passed
or displayed hors d’oeuvres for your cocktail hour and for dinner service, we have included specialty fresh salads and side dishes to accompany your entrée.
Most entrée selections can be served as a seated dinner, buffet style or at a carving station. Don’t forget about dessert! Please ask about our signature sweet
selections! If you are unsure of what you would like to serve at your event, a Bistro Boys Catering Event Coordinator can create a customized menu for you.
Bistro Boys Catering is a custom caterer and we can create your favorite dish, a special family recipe, or the latest trends in culinary delights. We would
love to create a unique menu customized to your individual taste. If our suggested menus are not what you are envisioning for your event, we recommend a
consultation with a Bistro Boys Catering Event Coordinator to discuss ideas and expectations for planning your event.
Once a menu has been designed and priced, we will create your preliminary proposal. This will include estimated costs for the menu, basic bar sets, rentals,
service charge, and service staff. Bistro Boys Catering inventories quality china, glassware, and flatware and offers this as a savings to clients. Depending on
your choice of venue, additional rentals such as linens, tables, and chairs may be needed.

BAR & BEVERAGE SET UP
Bistro Boys Catering will provide ice and containers for icing beverages,
bar fruit, and necessary bar equipment

MAY ASSIST YOU IN COORDINATING YOUR LIQUOR ORDER
It is unlawful for caterers in the state of Colorado to sell alcoholic
beverages, therefore the client is required to purchase their own alcohol
from a licensed retailer. As part of our services, a Bistro Boys Catering
Event Coordinator will assist you in ordering a selection of alcoholic and
non-alcoholic beverages, place the order with your preferred vendor, as
well as coordinate delivery & return services. The client will be billed
directly by the licensed retailer. We work with Argonaut or Applejack
Wine and Spirits, but you are always welcome to provide your own liquor
as well. We have TIP Certified Bartenders to set up the bar and master
cocktails!
