2011 CCKT Reverse Raffle Rules
• You must be 18 years or older to purchase a ticket or to bid on one.
• You do not have to be present to win.
• Tickets will be drawn from the barrel one-at-a-time starting at approximately
7:05 p.m.
• Any ticket holder may sell his/her valid ticket at the auction. The owner shall be
the person to whom the ticket was originally sold.
• Auctions will be held before the first ticket is drawn and the 225th and 275th
ticket. After 275 tickets have been eliminated, a ticket may be sold at any time.
• There will be a Second Chance drawing at intervals of 200 and 250. We will
draw one ticket at each of the intervals. The winner will sign their name on the
Reverse Raffle Ticket. The ticket will be concealed in an envelope and put into
the barrel. You can purchase raffle tickets for the Second Chance Drawing
throughout the evening.
• The seller of any valid raffle ticket receives 90% of the sale and CCKT receives
10% of all ticket auctions. You may bid on your own ticket, but you must pay a
10% commission to the CCKT. Minimum bid price will be $60.00.
• After a ticket is drawn from the barrel, it will be opened and eliminated, before
any tickets from the floor are auctioned.
• Each ticket bought at auction must be paid for before the next ticket is drawn.
• Anyone who wishes to sell a valid ticket shall bring this forward (or give to an
auctioneer), with their signature on the back.

• The raffle will be stopped after the 298th ticket has been drawn. The remaining
two ticket holders will be informed of their options. They have the right to split
the total sum of $3,500 equally or continue the raffle. If they decide to continue
the raffle, the next ticket drawn will receive $1,000 and the remaining ticket will
receive the $2,500 grand prize.
• IN THE EVENT OF A CONTROVERSY, THE TICKET CHAIRMAN SHALL RULE. THE
DECISION OF THE TICKET CHAIRMAN SHALL BE FINAL.
Silent Auction Rules
• Bidders should use their raffle ticket number to bid
• Silent auction table #1 bidding will end at approximately 9:45 pm,
silent auction table #2 bidding will end at approximately 10:00 pm,
and silent auction table #3 bidding will end at approximately 10:30
pm
• If there are multiple people bidding on an item when the auction
ends, a committee member will accept a blind bid from each
person bidding. The highest blind bid will win the auction.
• When the auction ends, a committee member will collect all bid
sheets and fill out the appropriate forms. DO NOT TAKE THE ITEM
UNTIL YOU HAVE THE PROPER PAPER WORK AND HAVE PAID FOR
THE ITEM.
• Winner MUST BE PRESENT to win silent auction items
