Slacken the locking clamp to the rear and
spring it out, allowing the skull to be
placed in any intermediate position.
When the clamp is sprung out another
position may be chosen to hold the skull.
Illustrations as per enclosed poster.
III. To dismantle resp. to construct the
model
to loosen and to fix the bones is possible
in any order
Separation:
1. Tilt up and loosen the frontal bone
by the orbit of the eye (1 pin). When
assembling, first put in the pin and
push down.
2. Take the parietal bone by the posterior edge and tilt it upwards (2 pins).
On setting in please insert the pins
always individually.
3. Draw the temporal bones downwards
(1 pin each).
4. Loosen the zygomatic bones (1 pin
each).
5. Pull out the nasal bones by the nylon
pins.
6. Take the occipital bone at the occipital foramen and tilt it upwards (1
pin). When assembling, first put in
the pin and push downwards.
7. Loosen the upper jaw downwards
(1 pin each).
8. Pull down the vomer.
9. Pull down the ethmoid bone.
10. Sphenoid bone, set the pivot back
and draw the sphenoid bone towards
the pivot (1 pin). When assembling,
set it in first.
11. Pull forward the lower jaw.
