Tailor-Made Orthodontics
Start with a vision of the result!
INSIGNIATM is a system for designing tailor-made devices associated with a fully interactive piece of
software, designed to offer each patient a tailor-made smile.
This is a specific procedure which delivers clinical efficacy and optimum practice for the treatment,
from start to finish.
Whichever system you use (Damon, Orthos, ICE, conventional systems, etc.),
INSIGNIA TM associates your treatment plan and the virtual 3D set-up
manager, in order to provide you with the ideal occlusion for your
patient.
What you see
is what you get
INSIGNIATM is the only system to offer a fully tailormade solution:
• Specific brackets for each patient
• Computer-assisted bracket placement
• Time-saving tailor-made arcs which reduce the
adjustments required during the different
treatment phases.
It makes the complicated cases more easy to manage
and provides exceptional results for the
easier cases.
INSIGNIATM is the perfect agreement between your
professional experience and your patient’s wishes.

Training for Success
To begin your journey into Insignia a convenient
three-step curriculum has been devised to make
your transition into the Approver software easy
and effective.
Phase 1
Using the Insignia case submission portal, MyInsigniaOrtho.com, offices work with a reputable
Digital Solutions Specialist to set up their case
preferences and complete their profile setup.
Cases will be submitted through this portal to the
Insignia Smile Design Lab.
Phase 2
• Ni-Ti
• Stainless Steel
Phase 3
Precision bracket placement guides are one of the
best features of Insignia. The placement guides
give the user the ability to directly bond brackets
in the most precise position for the best results
according to the approved treatment plan. A
critical step for success, the Ormco Sales Representative or Digital Solutions Specialist will be present
for the initial Insignia bonding. In some states and
countries, office workflow may be streamlined by
allowing key staff members to perform bonding.
It is recommended that both the orthodontist and
staff participate in this session. Additionally we
suggest that this bonding day is scheduled on a
day when other patients are not being seen.

Chapter 1
Self-Ligating Appliances
After cases are submitted, the most optimal result
for that patient is created and submitted to the
orthodontist for review. Through the use of
Insignia Approver, the doctor is able to view, edit
and incorporate their own treatment mechanics
to perfect the smile before custom brackets and
wires are manufactured.
After the initial case submission, a webinar is
scheduled with our team of Digital Solutions
Specialists to learn how to navigate through
the software for efficient review and approval
process. Great attention to detail is given to
the doctor’s own case, this resource is available
beyond the initial case whenever the need for
advice may arise.
• Review cases in the 3-D software, Insignia
Approver
• Utilize software features and how they affect
the treatment plan
• Learn how to make design changes to a
treatment plan
• Understand how to make changes to a treatment
plan and submit for completion

and beautiful smiles.
Upper Arches
Case Selection
To meet the needs of today’s imageconscious patients, Insignia Clearguide
Express is designed for aesthetic alignment
of the upper and lower anterior teeth.
Single-arch cases can be built to satisfy
patients who require high aesthetics but
may also need fixed appliance treatment
on the opposing arch.
Lower Arches
The Only Aligner System
that PutsYou in the Driver’s Seat
Insignia Clearguide contributes a significant advancement
to orthodontic aligners. Now, you have full control of your
cases throughout treatment. From the initial case set-up
where you can physically make finite design changes to
mid-treatment self-check using Heat N Bite technology,
Insignia Clearguide completes patient treatment on time
and on track with your design.

Heat N Bite Mid-Treatment Self-Check
Insignia Clearguide Express incorporates a unique, effective
midtreatment step that monitors patient tooth movement
throughout treatment.
Aligners are provided in phases depending on the number
required to complete treatment. In between phases, a
Heat N Bite is taken to make appropriate adjustments to
subsequent aligner sets. This ensures treatment remains
on track, avoiding the need for costly and timeconsuming
reboots/restarts.

passive self-ligation
Damon System
The Damon Ormco system is the combination of
a high-technology, self-ligating, passive bracket
and tubes and arcs with light forces. These forces
work in synergy with the facial muscles and are
set to cause dental movement and stimulate
cellular activity without cutting off the blood
supply.
The Damon brackets are real biplot brackets that
are reliable and easy to use. They have a slider
which holds the arc without compressing it.
Unique point: lighter forces
The arc is not tight. It exerts its full potential
using lighter forces. Friction is significantly
reduced and dental displacement is controlled
perfectly.
This is achieved in combination with the work of
the muscles and tissues. The Damon system takes
the unique characteristics of each patient into
account and provides results that are clearly more
effective than those for conventional brackets.
Chapter 2 - Section 1
The system: an easy-to-use
self-ligating system
Results:
The treatment options are reduced, the results
are faster, the patient is more comfortable and
it is possible, in many cases to avoid having to
use heavy force mechanics and extracting teeth.
This combination, when used with advanced
techniques, may be incorporated into any
contemporary orthodontic practise in order to
provide optimised results.

Buccal Tubes Snaplink
Chapter 2 - Section 1
Buccal Tube Snaplink
Decrease chair time with faster wire
changes
•
•
Increase patient comfort
Innovative slide design requires only a slight twist
to open, transferring reciprocal forces to the tube
– not the tooth – for greater patient comfort. Low
profile with rounded corners and angled highretention hook minimize occlusal interference.
Tie less. Control more! Whether you treat with
conventional twins or selfligating brackets, the
SnapLink re-convertible tube helps you gain more
control and treat patients more efficiently.
Eliminate the ties that bind for the ultimate in
efficiency and comfort! When it’s time to engage
second molars, clinicians universally understand
the inconvenience of convertible buccal tubes.
They often require frequent tying of ligatures – or
even downsizing to a smaller wire. That can be
labor intensive and mean longer appointments.
Meanwhile, the loss of a traditional four-walled
tube creates binding and friction in the posterior
region, which can result in less efficient tooth
movement and extended treatment time. But
the tie-less, low-friction SnapLink tube makes
wire changes and posterior tooth movement a
snap. SnapLink provides the exact functionality
of a traditional four-walled tube without any
unwanted friction or binding. With SnapLink,
it’s easy to engage second molars, even when
making compensating archwire bends or loops.
And placement of auxiliaries like wire-to-wire
Class II appliances can be performed without
removing wires. That means shorter appointments
for you and faster, more comfortable treatment
for your patients.
Convert and re-convert for more effective
treatment
ual functionality allows you to convert the tube
D
to easily engage second molars with either round
or rectangular archwires, or place auxiliaries while
maintaining your patient’s natural wire sequence.
Convert and reclose as often as needed!
Improve sliding mechanics and gain greater
control

Tie-less tube saves valuable chair time by eliminating the arduous task of tying and retying
igatures.
Chamfered mesial slot opening enables easy wire
engagement and removal even when the slide
is closed.
Tie-less tube reduces friction for smoother
sliding mechanics.
F our solid walls provide the control of a
standard tube for faster, more predictable
posterior tooth movement.
Increase bond reliability
Contoured base with 80-gauge mesh pads
eliminate“rocking” for more reliable bond retention.
Easy connection to second molars
Convertible tubes require frequent tying of
ligatures once the cap has been removed, which
results in lengthy wire change appointments,
especially for cases involving impacted second
molars. The SnapLink re-convertible tube eliminates
the need for constant tying, making it easy to
connect to second molars – even when making
wire bends – without downsizing to a smaller wire.
Easy to open!
Simply insert the flat end of the opening
instrument into the slide release cavity and twist
90º. The tube, not the patient’s tooth, absorbs
the forces.
Easy to close!
Position the grooved tines of the instrument on
either side of the slot and engage the archwire.
Gently squeeze the opposing prongof the
instrument and listen for the audible click to
confirm the slide is closed.

Damon Arch Form Archwires
Chapter 2 - Section 1
Damon Arch Form Archwires
This shape was designed by Dr. Dwight Damon in
accordance with the following principles:
• A lovely smile needs six anterior teeth to be
positioned correctly and the premolars and the
mesiobuccal surface of the first molar to be
clearly visible.
• The arc shape should avoid the Black Corner
Syndrome in the lower sectors.
• What is more, this shape should meticulously
follow the gnathological principles and promote
dental function.
When combined with the new generation of
Damon passive self-ligating brackets and the arc
sequences inherent to this system, this arc shape
increases the no-extraction treatment options.

Straight-Wire System
Chapter 2 - Section 2
Straight-Wire System
Torque-In-Base
Straight-Wire Appliances are all founded in the
original principles of Dr. Andrews. That means
that any A+ Straight-Wire Appliance is built
upon three key Andrews principles: compound
bracket contours, torque-in-base and level slot
lineup. These design principles are interrelated
and fundamental to the requirements of any
Straight-Wire Appliance. And since all StraightWire Appliances share these principles, they are
fully interchangeable.
Compound Contour
Design mirrors both the mesiodistal and the
occlusogingival anatomy of the middle third of
every tooth’s clinical crown. This allows every
Straight-Wire Appliance to fit snugly on the tooth
for maximum efficiency. Compound contours
greatly enhance accurate bracket placement on
the center of the crown.
Level Slot Lineup
Is the end result of compound contours, torquein-base and accurate bracket placement. The
Straight-Wire Appliance is the only appliance
that assures you that the slot of the bracket will
always be parallel to the occlusal plane of the
arch.exceptionnels.
Is the key to uniformity of Straight-Wire bracket
placement, ensuring high levels of predictability
and accuracy in result. With every Straight-Wire
Appliance, the center of the slot and the center
of the base are always on the same plane for
consistent and easy bracket placement.
Fully Programmed SWA
Genuine Straight-Wire Appliance brackets are
fully programmed so that each tooth’s bracket
slot lines up horizontally with all others to
eliminate the need for time-consuming wire
bends.
Partially Programmed Appliance
Even when attempts are made to align the slots of
partially programmed brackets horizontally, the
bracket heights vary from anterior to posterior,
resulting in inconsistent and unpredictable torque
and in/out compensation.

Precision Fit, Reliable Bond Strength
Who would have thought a bracket could overcome the
inherent limitations of active self-ligating appliances
by delivering new gains in efficiency, control and
predictable results? Now all that and more is possible
with Ormco’s all-new Prodigy active-passive self-ligating
bracket. Endorsed by FACE Tx, Prodigy SL is designed
for orthodontists by orthodontists for the simplest of
cases to the most complex. Prodigy SL’s patented design
combines the best of both worlds-active and passive-to
provide you with enormous flexibility while enabling
you to use your preferred treatment mechanics.
Choose a combination of active brackets in the anterior
for control while benefitting from passive mechanics in
the posterior. Or use the entire complement of active SL
brackets for all anterior and posterior teeth. Plus, Prodigy
SL’s innovative SpinTek™ slide is constructed of Copper
Ni-Ti™ for less wear, greater performance reliability and
delivery of continuous force. That means more predictable
results. With Prodigy SL, you’re in complete control.
Predictable Control, Continuous Force
• First active bracket constructed of a Copper Ni-Ti
slide that resists deformation, delivering more reliable
performance and greater rotational control compared
with Voudouris clip designs (Fig. 1 & 2)
• Constant force without deformation throughout
treatment enables consistent wire retention and
greater rotational control allowing for faster, more
predictable results
• Innovative bridge design coupled with Copper Ni-Ti
slide facilitates lighter forces during early treatment
and more rigid forces during finishing phases
• Patented laser-etched pad provides optimal bond
strength and reliability (Fig. 3)
• Fast, comfortable debonding experience for patients
when using the Prodigy SL Debonding Instrument.

Prodigy/SL Bracket
Active by Design,
Passive by Choice
Fig. 3 In vitro design verifi cation comparison testing shows
that Prodigy SL has greater tensile bond strength than other
self-ligating appliances.
Fast and Easy Wire Changes
• SpinTek slide design employs reciprocal forces during
opening – for a net force of 0 kg even with calcium
build-up – for fast, comfortable wire changes and
adjustments.
• Voudouris-designed self-ligating brackets require a
unidirectional force to open the slide, exerting up to
1.34 kg of pressure that can cause extreme patient
discomfort.
Predictable Control, Continuous Force
Users will immediately note advances as the opening/
closing slide mechanism slides gingivally (away from
the occlusion) allowing the orthodontist to view
the occlusion during archwire changes with no clip
interference and a cuspid pad bracket that actually fits
the cuspids!

Straight-Wire Synthesis
Chapter 2 - Section 2
Straight-Wire Synthesis
Functionality with Aesthetics – Synthesis is specifically engineered to combine the rotational
control of the Straight-Wire™ appliance with
the aesthetics of the Mini-Twin™ in applicable
brackets..
Gingival
Mesial
Occlusal
Upper and lower bicuspid brackets
Traditional Straight-Wire Features
Compound Contour for Snug Fit – Each Synthesis
bracket is designed with tooth-specific contours
in the base. These contours mirror the anatomy of
the middle third of each tooth to ensure accurate
placement and snug fit.
Torque-in-Base for Accurate Placement – With the
Synthesis appliance, the center of the slot and the
center of the base are always on the same plane.
Torque-in-the-base ensures consistent, reliable
placement and makes level slot lineup possible.
Level Slot Lineup for Less Wire Bending – With
the Synthesis appliance, the slot of the bracket
will always be parallel to the occlusal plane of
the arch, eliminating timeconsuming wire bends.
Proven Enhancements
Optimesh® XRT for Improved Bond Retention
Optimesh XRT is a feature in all Synthesis
brackets. It’s a treated 100- gauge mesh that
creates additional undercuts and is proven to
increase bond strengths up to 35%.
Not Optimesh
• The same M-D dimension as TruStraight-Wire provides optimal rotational
control
• Increased O-G and gingivally offset brackets maximize bond retention
Occlusal
Mesial
Distal
Gingival
Lower anterior brackets
• The same M-D dimension as Mini-Twin
Rhomboid Design for Easier Placement – The
rhomboid bracket and pad design, incorporated throughout the Synthesis System, provides
numerous references for easier bracket
placement. The horizontal aspects align parallel
to the occlusal plane and the vertical aspects
align parallel to the crown-long axis of each
tooth. These visual cues make bracket placement
more precise.

Mini-Twin Brackets
Chapter Chapter 2 - Section 2
MINI-TWIN Brackets
The Mini-Twin brings a rhomboid design to a Straight-Wire
appliance system. Thirty percent smaller than a standard Twin,
the Mini-Twin is designed to give you the control you demand in an
appliance that is more esthetic and comfortable for your patients.
Bracket ID illustration represents the
Andrews prescription.

• M ini-Twin appliances feature Ultra-Lock high-retention
pads on both upper and lower bicuspids, providing
increased bonding surface and minimizing bond failure.
• The vertical scribe line aligns precisely with the crownlong axis, simplifying accurate bracket placement. As is
the case with all Straight-Wire Appliances, the archwire
slot of Mini-Twin appliances is engineered to align with
the horizontal axis of the tooth.
• M ini-Twins are available in Andrews and Roth* prescriptions, and are fully interchangeable with any other
Straight-Wire Appliance system. Options include hooks/
no hooks, gingival offsets on bicuspids, super torque on
upper anteriors and surgical sets.
• M ini-Twin Marking System Each Mini-Twin bracket has
a color ID system that is coordinated with the other
A+ mesh products. The color ID is on the distogingival
tie-wing, so that bracket identification is easy.
• F or added accuracy, the upper brackets have a cast dot
ID and all brackets have cast letters in the saddle of the
bracket identifying the tooth position.

titanium Orthos
The OrthosTM System
This fully-integrated orthodontic device system has been designed to
produce an optimum centred occlusion and better clinical efficacy.
The Orthos system of brackets, arcs and coordinated vestibular tubes is
the fruit of numerous anatomical analyses carried out over a period of 5
years by the Ormco R&D department. It presents torque and thickness
values that have been optimised to obtain the best clinical results with a
minimum of arc adjustments.
Bios Titane
TM
This corresponds with the Bios Orthos prescription, adapted to a light
force prescription with the torque focussed on the maxillary incisors
and on the posterior mandibular segments, relative to the Orthos system.
It also differs by the radicular lingual torque for the maxillary and
mandibular canines. The Bios system enables early control of the torque
with lighter arcs.

Non Orthos
Deflection (in mm)
Stored Energy
The body of the Titanium Orthos bracket is designed to flex when
activated with an archwire and to store up to 40% of the initial load.
With Titanium Orthos, clinicians enjoy more gentle forces, for greater
patient comfort.
Similar to titanium alloy archwires, titanium provides a far more
predictable return and precise expression at unloading over an
extended period of time. Less force and longer treatment intervals
translate to shorter treatment time and greater efficiency for your
practice. Titanium Orthos has been shown to reduce treatment time
by eliminating two to three finishing appointments.
Tooth-specific pad shapes and contours make Titanium Orthos
brackets amazingly easy to place for more accurate finishing and
reduced midtreatment repositioning. Titanium’s chemical affinity
to adhesives and superior shock absorbency deliver unmatched
bond retention. In-office studies have demonstrated significant
reduction in bond failures. With Titanium Orthos, you simply fit and
forget until the end of treatment, providing greater clinical and
practice efficiency.
• Tooth-shaped pads on every bracket for easy and
consistent placement
• Unmatched bond retention – up to 85% fewer bond failures
Compensation In Slot (CIS)
The advantages of titanium and a new
design, serving the Orthos accuracy:
Compensation is cut into the slot of the lower cuspid brackets
and the shape of the archwire is adjusted to sweep as close to
the tooth surface as is practical. This allows a dramatic reduction
in the profile of the lower anterior brackets. The Compensation In
Slot (CIS) geometry does not “rotate” the tooth. The CIS geometry
does, in conjunction with the archwires, compensate for 1st order
discrepancies.
• A material with many properties
• A tooth-shaped base (T.S.P.)
• A significant reduction in braces becoming unstuck

The Accent Tubes have been adapted to the use of flexible
and highly resilient arcs, and to mechanisms with variable
elasticity modules.
The tube
Not being convertible they do not have any plot and offer
an extremely accented conical mesial opening overture
which aids with the insertion of the arcs.
The Accent tubes are available in.018x.025 and .022x.028,
basic or double, with and without distal extension.
They have benefited from the latest progress made in
casting techniques, characterised by irreproachable
surface condition and finishing.
The mesial hooks are an integral part of the tube.
- Much smaller profile
- Elimination of the risks of occlusal interference with the
teeth or the antagonistic tubes.
- Significant improvement of patient comfort.

The Orthos* archwire shape is unique because it was
derived from the skeletal and dental anatomy of typical
orthodontic cases.
Upper – Large
Orthos archwires combine a comprehensive selection of
various modulus alloys with a fully integrated arch form
designed to synchronize with Orthos brackets and buccal
tubes. Through Computer Aided Engineering (CAE), both
mandibular and maxillary arch forms are coordinated
to the complete seven-toseven Orthos system. Orthos,
Orthos AP and Bios are designed to coordinate with the

STB Lingual System
STb
TM
Straight-Wire System
Designed for maximum treatment efficiency and patient
comfort, the STb Straightwire and Bicuspid brackets
accommodate varying patient anatomy to facilitate ideal
archform development and occlusion.
STb Straightwire Bicuspid brackets have been specifically
engineered to accommodate the STb Straightwire. These
brackets feature a lower profile than the original STb
Bicuspid brackets and are available with and without a
hook.
STb
TM
Light Lingual System
Note: STB brackets slots are .018
The light-force mechanics of the STb Light Lingual System
are designed to decrease the stress of tooth movement,
making treatment far gentler. In most cases, a full TARG
or CLASS setup is not required, simplifying and reducing
c o sts typica lly a ssociated with lingual cases. In d i r ec t
bonding application can be fabricated in your own practice
or by AOA laboratory.
Utilizing passive ligation, STb Light Lingual dramatically
reduces friction and forces allowing teeth to move freely
with exceptional efficiency. It’s lingual like you’ve never
seen it before.
• Low-force, low-friction mechanics for faster, gentler tooth
The low profile and smooth contours of the STb bracket reduce
discomfort and speech impairment.
movement
• Maximum patient comfort with minimal impact on speech
• Predictable high-quality results
• Eliminates compliance issues and misplaced aligners
• Low bracket profile at 1.5mm and rounded design
provides maximum comfort
• Most cases without TARG or CLASS set-up
Comfort
STb brackets are designed to provide maximum
patient comfort making treatment far more gentle to the
tissues. STb has minimal impact on tongue position and
speech.
• Reduced dimension
• The lowest bracket profile
• Maximum patient comfort
• Maintains oral hygiene
• No impact on speech
Speed
The STb System utilizes a new passive ligation
design that dramatically reduces friction. Low friction and
light forces have been shown to move teeth with exceptional effi ciency.
Simplicity Reduced appointments and shorter treatment
time. Minimal disruption to your daily life.
Quality
Predictable high quality results in the shortest
time possible.
STb
TM
Social 6
The most aesthetic option available within the STb family,
STb Social 6 is aimed towards patients motivated to
correct minor to moderate crowding or spacing issues
affecting anterior teeth.
• Completes most cases in six weeks to four months
• Simple two-wire sequence quickly unravels and aligns teeth
• No custom wire shaping and no need for composit buttons.
46
The position of the STb bracket is more incisal.
With the archwire closer to the tooth, first order bends are reduced.

ICE Brackets (Aesthetic Appliances)
Chapter 3 - Section 1 Inspire
Inspire ICE Brackets
Excellent sliding mechanics – without a metal slot
Inspire ICE™ has an ultra-smooth, heat-polished surface
that dramatically reduces friction over any polycrystalline-slotted bracket. In fact, laboratory tests prove the
frictional resistance of Inspire ICE™ to be better than
ceramic brackets with a metal-slot insert.
Maximum tie-wing strength
Advances in heat-treatment technology allow us to produce
brackets that are twice as resistant to breakage than other ceramic
appliances. Torque strength is nearly three times that of other
ceramic brackets such as Clarity
Smooth and comfortable
Inspire ICETM has all the features I value in my metal brackets.
Plus, it’s the only completely clear appliance available.
Crystal clear
Unlike ceramic brackets that are opaque and colored to
mimic a particular tooth shade, Inspire ICE™ brackets are
crystal clear and virtually disappear regardless of tooth
shade. Inspire ICE™ is the only true aesthetic solution for
ALL patients. That’s why 96% of patients surveyed chose
Inspire ICE™ over other ceramic bracket.
Inspire ICE™ is the lowest profile ceramic bracket on
the market and is manufactured with an innovative
boron tumbling process that provides a smooth surface
and rounded facial contours to greatly enhance patient
comfort.
Fast, accurate placement
Ormco’s rhomboid shape, tooth-specific pad contours
and unique Face Paint™ system for bracket-to-tooth
contrast provide fast, accurate bracket placement. New
lowerbicuspid brackets offer patients a complete 20-unit
aesthetic option.
Easy to debond
Inspire ICE™ utilizes Ormco’s patented ball-base design,
which reduces the force required to debond. A simplified
debonding procedure ensures that brackets come off
easily and consistently. Simply engage the Inspire ICE™
debonding instrument under the tie-wing area and pivot
the instrument toward the occlusal/incisal edge.
Inspire ICE™ brackets are packaged in
QUAD™ sticks, part of Ormco’s revolutionary new QUAD System. QUAD
not only organizes your inventory
but also makes case setup easier and
more efficient.

Chapter 4 - Section 1 Mini-Diamond
MINI-DIAMOND Brackets
TM
More than 40 years of clinical performance
The search for small glue-on attachments, which are less
visible and more aesthetic has lead Ormco to modify the
Diamond brackets, whilst keeping the advantages of the
Diamond system:
All the horizontal components of the base and the bracket
align in parallel with the incisor (or occlusal) edge of the
tooth.
• The mesiodistal dimension of the Mini Diamond brackets is enough
to control rotation.
• Smaller half-ball hooks for fixing the auxiliaries. Result: improved
comfort and aesthetics.
• Etched main axle line.
• Permanent marking system.
• More resistant materials and brackets with thinner walls allowing
greater space at the back of the plots and easier insertion of the
ligatures.
• Rounded vestibular contours, rendering the bracket less visible and
improving patient comfort.
• Significant reduction of the occlusogingival dimension, optimising
aesthetic attraction.
Grade 17-4 stainless steel
The use of 17-4 stainless steel enables the dimensions
of the Mini Diamond bracket to be reduced by 30%. The
metallurgical research carried out by Ormco has revealed
that the use of this stainless steel alloy enables significant
reduction of the thickness of the walls of the bracket and
even offers more solidity than the standard-dimension
brackets.
Premolar brackets with gingival offset
All Mini Diamond premolar brackets are now available with
gingival offset. The glue-on base is extended occlusally in
order to increase the bonding surface since the occlusal
third of the tooth is easier to etch.
Slim-Mini Brackets
These have the same qualities as the Mini Diamond
brackets. Their reduced mesiodistal dimensions, however,
further improve their aesthetic aspect and increase the
inter-bracket distance.

The rhomboidal form of the bracket and of the glue-on
base offers numerous points of reference for the easy
and accurate positioning of the bracket. The vertical
components are lined up in parallel with the main axis of
the crown, whereas the horizontal components are lined
up in parallel with the incisor edge and the occlusion plane.
The Diamond shape in combination with the line that plots
the main axis, offers ultimate positioning accuracy.

Blugloo provides color contrast when you need it and is
clear when you don’t. Bracket placement and cleanup have
never been easier.
Color on demand : The color contrast of Blugloo during
bonding facilitates fast, accurate bracket placement and
makes it easy to remove unwanted flash. As Blugloo warms
to body temperature, the color virtually disappears, remain
ing clear throughout treatment. When debonding, simply
introduce a short blast of cool air or water to lower the bonding
surface temperature, and Blugloo turns blue again for easy
and thorough cleanup.
Made for aesthetics, but great on metal: la Blugloo’s
advanced formulation and color stability have been optimized for
aesthetic brackets such as Damon Clear™, Damon™3, Nexus Clear™
and Inspire ICE™, plus it’s excellent for metal brackets. Blugloo
ensures reliable bond strengths in even the most challenging cases.

Ortho Solo™ is a fluoride -releasing universal sealant and bond
enhancer. With light-cure and paste-paste systems, Ortho Solo replaces
the sealant. With no-mix chemicalcure systems, Ortho Solo should be
used in addition to the activator for best results.
Ortho Solo incorporates a bond-enhancing property that
improves adhesion to the tooth at the adhesive interface,
hence reducing bond failures. The glass filler, unique to Ortho
Solo, acts as a stress and shock absorber, preventing cracks
that can lead to bond failures. This formulation also releases
fluoride where you need it the most at the enamelresin
interface.
With Ortho Solo, no air-dry or light-cure step is needed, thereby
saving valuable chair time. It also includes a compound that
displaces moisture, making the technique more forgiving
when a dry field is inadvertently compromised.
