In 2003, the internationally renowned Supperclub in Amsterdam launched the Supperclub
Cruise. Supperclub Cruise sails the Amsterdam waters and beyond for unique events and is
therefore the ideal location for various purposes both business and leisure.
Upon arrival, you will immediately see that Supperclub Cruise is not a standard ship. The
gray boat with reflective lettering looms each quay by its majestic appearance. This is the
place where creativity and open-mindedness are embraced. Following its extensive history
as a company boat from the Rotterdam Port Authority and as a personal vessel of Queen
Juliana, the ship was completely rebuilt into what it is today; Supperclub Cruise. Since then,
there have been numerous of events and the most diverse guests have been welcomed
aboard both at locally and abroad. With a surprise menu which is characteristic of the
Supperclub concept, we may serve you on one of our decks, in and/or outside Supperclub
Cruise offers the ideal location for a complete tailor-made event up to 450 people.

Concept
The Supperclub in Amsterdam, its other international locations and Supperclub Cruise are
more than just a restaurant chain. Supperclub isn’t also just a lounging experience while
having diner on white beds but the center of a bold and eccentric nightlife. "Supperclub" the
brand has become an icon and a lifestyle for many and a full on experience is crafted
during every visit to the Supperclub. The Supperclub Cruise is divided into three decks,
each with their own character, which may be used for various events.
La Salle Neige
La Salle Neige is like the Supperclub downtown and filled with white bedding. This large
beds can be completely removed if desired so that there is a large dance floor. La Salle
Neige can take any color by special light effects. On our walls we present our LCD screens
where we show our own VJ images or the view of the direction that is being travelled. Our
DJ is situated at the midpoint of the ship, the perfect place for any dance event.
La Salle Neige accommodates up to 200 people in reception style. In the case of a sit-down
dinner, there is capacity for up to 80 people.
Le Bar Noir
On the second floor of La Salle Neige is the Le Bar Noir located. Our wide staircase lead
you upwards where the "BAR" will be recognized. With a panoramic view of any
environment where the cruise sails towards we will provide an ideal place for an event. Due
to the fact that our furniture can be placed in any desired arrangement, makes this the
perfect place for an event for a small group or a group up to 250 people. It is even possible
to leave out all the furniture so that only the large dance floor remains, and thereby there is
also enough space for your guests to order at Le Bar Noir. Like in La Salle Neige the DJ
booth is also located in the tip of the ship, with a possibility to transfer the same music like
this the music can be listened to from both decks.
Le Bar Noir accommodate 250 people reception style. In the case of a sit-down dinner,
there is capacity for up to 70 people.
The Outherdeck
The outherdeck is situated on the roof of the Supperclub Cruise and offers all kinds of
possibilities. During the summer the deck is perfectly suitable to enjoy the sun while
enjoying our delicious finger foods and a good glass of wine. It is also possible to use the
outdoor site for events in which an eye-catching appearance is needed, we are able to
make the deck complete empty so you may organize for example an intensive yoga
workshop or a new car presentation. During weddings this is the perfect location to wave
the newlyweds goodbye.
Supperclub Cruise has a maximum capacity of 450 people for a party or reception. In
the case of a sit-down dinner Supperclub Cruise can welcome 150 guests (divided
over two decks).
Events
In addition to a sit-down dinner or a party, there are plenty of options for an event at the
Supperclub Cruise.
Wedding
Supperclub Cruise is an official wedding location, with a whole range of possibilities. A
wedding ceremony on the outside deck with the magnificent backdrop of the Amsterdam IJ
river. Then a fantastic dinner will be served and after the party may break loose. Our
creative team can provide a complete decoration of the Cruise completely according to your
wishes. A successful event begins with the an impressive invitation, this can be designed
by our team. Thus in collaboration with the creative team the expectations of the couple and
guests’ can be exceeded!
Birthday
To really launch out for your birthday Supperclub Cruise can organize an event with DJ’s
and entertainment and all. This is the location where your friends and colleagues will keep
talking about, even long after your event.
Presentations
Supperclub Cruise is particularly suitable for press conferences and product- or business
presentations since we can offer a wide arrangement of audiovisual products. It is even
possible to organize a fashion show with a runway on the outherdeck! With every event our
main goal is to please all of your guests and the press to ensure a successful event. We’ve
already hosted events for Mini, Maserati, Samsung Lady Phone and a variety of famous
fashion brands.
Company event
For dinners, parties and activities for the entire company, Supperclub Cruise is the place to
be. We will organize a bespoke event for your company in a way that everyone of your
guests will be comfortable and at ease. Nevertheless, Supperclub Cruise does like to
surprise your guests in one way or another!
Beyond the explained events there are numerous other events we can host. For an
example, Supperclub Cruise has experiences with these other events:

Nautical Costs
To rent the Supperclub Cruise we will charge the nautical costs (i.e. costs of the nautical
crew, diesel and wharfage) to the client. If there will be rented another wharf than the
Ruyterkade Pier 14, there might be additional costs which will be charged to the client.
The wharfs are not always available and we can promise the chosen wharf to the client only
after Supperclub Cruise receives a confirmation of the quay management or the harbour
services. We can only request the wharf after this offer is signed and thereby made a
confirmed reservation. The nautical costs are € 250,00 ex vat per hour ( 1 deck) or €
425,00 ex vat per hour ( whole boat).
Minimum Expenditure
Supperclub Cruise works with a minimum expense on food & beverages. If the minimum
expenditure is not realized, the difference between minimum and actual expenditure will be
charged to the event organizer as a location fee (plus 21% tax). The exact minimum
expenditure varies per day, please consult the attached document for more detailed

Supperclub Cruise has an extensive assortment of beverages. The client decides if all the
drinks will be served (open bar) or only a selection of the assortment. The costs of the
drinks will be calculated afterwards according to what is ordered.
For food & beverages we require a minimum expense, please see the terms and conditions
in the attachment below. We can serve a sit-down dinner (in La Salle Neige we have 80
seats, in Le Bar Noir we have 70 seats), in a buffet or we can serve a dinner consisting out
of fingerfood or snack items. We would like to receive dietary wishes or allergies 48 hours
prior to the reservation. The prices below are target prices. In consultation with the client we
can compose another menu and adjust the price.

DJ / Entertainment
Our resident DJ's are known from the Supperclub CD's. Worldwide they sold over 700,000
copies If you do not want a DJ we will play a supperclub CD as background music. If the
client provides their own DJ, Supperclub Cruise will hire a technician, who can help with any
potentially problems. The costs of the technician will be charged to the client, you can find
more information under the sub ‘technique’. Doors and windows will be closed until the
cruise has reached Silodam (in the direction of Ijmuiden). Once we have reached the
Silodam, the volume of the music will be adjusted accordingly.
Supperclub Cruise has a wide contact base with artists which you can use for your event.
We have singers, instrumental acts or artistic acts. A survey of the possibilities is attached.
Technique
The Supperclub Cruise has different presentation, light and sound equipment which can be
rented. The sound system in Le Bar Noir (LBN) and La Salle Neige (LSN) is intended for the
background music of the dinner nights. If you want to have a louder volume for your
(dance)party, we recommend to rent extra sound equipment. If you use extra equipment it
is mandatory to hire a technician of the Supperclub Cruise.
Styling, decor & emplacement
Supperclub Cruise has a creative team that will gladly work with you to ensure that your
event is one for the history books. The creative team will gladly take the organization of
styling and décor off of your hands. In this offer there are no potentially costs included for
styling décor and emplacement. Items brought by clients (incl. garbage) should be taken
back by the client as well. I you would like to receive some more information, please do not
hesitate to contact us so we can discuss every possibility.
It is possible to rearrange the bed in La Salle Neige. We can, for instance, convert (part of)
the bed to a dancefloor. In Le Bar Noir there are different emplacements possible.
Security
For groups starting from 150 persons or more, we use security guards to continue safety on
board. The security guards will look after the safety of the guests and they will make sure
that everybody lives up to the house rules. Security will be present from half an hour before
the event starts until half an hour afterwards.
Merchandise
As a remembrance of the event we can provide various merchandise items or other
gimmicks to your guests.
