FUTURE SPORT HORSES
Our aim is to breed world class horses for Eventing
by using sound horses with:
Good conformation, movement and temperament;
Exceptionally prepotent motherlines;
From proven performance families
Future Sport Horses believe that world class event horses can be selectively bred
by carefully matching stallions and mares who descend from families which have
demonstrated consistently high performance. Through this process we increase the
probability of producing young horses with both the physical and mental prowess
to be elite competition prospects.
We have a herd of high quality broodmares and also undertake embryo transfer
from our best sport mares who have some of the world’s most sought after eventing
bloodlines, such as Cruising, Hand in Glove xx, Ben Faerie xx, and Rock King.
We also own 2 licensed stallions who are both bred impeccably for sport. Our senior
stallion Future Illusion was evented by Olympic medallist Jeanette Brakewell and
is by the Elite stallion Fleetwater Opposition. In 2015 HM The Queen put a mare in
foal to him. Our young stallion Future Gravitas, by Grafenstolz, is a maternal halfbrother to Olympic Individual medallist Winsome Adante. In 2014 Mary King chose
him for her 4* winner Kings Temptress. We also represent several other sport horse
stallions.

Future Gravitas has quite exceptional genetics. His sire is Grafenstolz evented to International 3*
level with Olympic Champion Michael Jung, and was both the 6 Yr Old Bundeschampion in Eventing,
and the 6 Yr Old Young Horse World Champion at Le Lion d’Angers. He is the only horse in history to
qualify for all 3 of the German Federal Championships (Bunderschampionats) in Eventing, Dressage
and Showjumping. Future Gravitas has the honour of being the first British bred son of Grafenstolz
to be licensed as a stallion and been further accepted to issue covering certificates for studbooks in
the UK and USA.
Future Gravitas’s dam is the proven performance producer Juswith Genoa, making Future Gravitas
a maternal half-brother to the Olympic Silver medalist, WEG Gold medalist and multiple 4* Winner
Winsome Adante, as well as, CCI** Eventer Future Genie, 2006 British Equestrian Federation UK
Champion Event Foal Future Glamour and BEF Futurity ELITE Event Foals, Future Gold Digger, and
Future Gravitie.
Future Gravitas was one of the top scoring 3 Yr old Eventers in the 2013 BEF Futurity Series, and
under saddle as a 4 Yr old has already won his first 2 dressage competitions with scores up to
77%. He qualified for the 5 Yr Old British Eventing Breeding Championships by winning his section
comfortably and in the process setting a 2015 BE record dressage score of only 17 penalty points.
His first crops of foals are consistently tall, athletic models, and the first foal by him ever presented
to the BEF Futurity was the Highest Scoring Horse of the Day across ALL disciplines and ALL ages.
MARY KING has a colt by him out of her 4* Winner, Kings Temptress, and he already has stock in the
USA and Canada via frozen semen.
He carries more than 50% Thoroughbred and AA blood making him an exciting option
for breeders seeking movement and jump but without compromising speed and stamina.

Future Illusion has successfully competed to Novice level Eventing with multiple placings as well as winning
at Elementary level dressage and has been a multiple County Show Champion. His pedigree is impeccable
with an Elite sire and a SHB(GB) Head stud book dam.
In the 2013 WBFSH Sire Rankings, Future Illusion’s sire ranked 10th, and his paternal half-brother 8th,
showing the incredible consistency and quality of this sire line. His sire produced Olympic Eventers
Opposition Buzz and Summersong amongst many others. His sire’s family have produced such legends as
the olympic showjumpers Abdullah and Almox Prints J, as well as Olympic dressage horse Pepel. Future
Illusion’s pedigree contain some of the best producing eventing bloodlines combined in a single horse.
On his dam’s side he descends from some greats in the Eventing world... Skippy (sire of Jumbo), the
legendary thoroughbred Spiritus (sire of Master Spiritus) as well as the exceptional dressage and showing
sire, Demonstrator. Future Illusion’s pedigree is a who’s who of the greats in sport horse breeding.
He has sired both the Champion BEF Futurity Eventer, AND the British Eventing Breeding Championships
Champion Foal at Osberton. He has sired Burghley Young Event Horse and HOYS Finalists. He passes
