Step 10: Hold the “Superbook Zoetrope” with one hand and spin the pen with the other.
Step 9: Cut out “Superbook Zoetrope” and roll the paper around the pen so the words run the length of the pen, and tape the paper to itself.
Step 8: Cut strip out and tape “B” behind first picture at “A” end to create a ring, picture side facing in. Tape ring to inside of the cup.
Step 7: Push the point of the pen through the hole and place the cap on the inside to hold the pen in place. (Fig. 3)
Step 6: After removing the pen cap, use scissors and cut the clip off the top. (Fig. 2)
Step 5: Find the center of the bottom of the cup and poke a hole there.
Step 4: Bend all ten thin strips of the cup out and then cut off. (Fig. 1)
Step 3: Remove the template ring and cut on both sides of the mark to the second ridge on the cup.
Step 2: Wrap this ring along the outside of the cup. Using a marker, mark the top of the cup at the lines of the template ring.
Step 1: Cut out and overlap the larger square number “1” over the smaller “1”, then overlap the large “2” over the smaller “2” to create a ring.
