The Spa & Health Club was once home to
a buzzing hub of printing presses operated
by the building’s previous residents, The
Scotsman Newspaper. Where once this
historic and airy space provided Edinburgh’s
news on a daily basis, it now nourishes the
body as well as the mind.

Arrival
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your
appointment in order to register. Please be
aware that if you arrive late, the time of your
appointment will be shortened in consideration to
the next client. We have allowed a short time for
consultation at the beginning and relaxation at
the end of each treatment.

How is your health?
This is a sincere question that we will be asking
prior to your treatment to find out if you have any
pre-existing conditions or are on any medication.
Please let us know so we can adjust the treatment
to your needs. If you are pregnant, congratulations!
There are some things to consider however – we
can’t provide face or body treatments for the first
14 weeks of pregnancy, and exfoliation treatments
are prohibited throughout. Please let our
therapists know how many weeks you are before
you embark on any spa experience.
