Call T.T. for details and applications. What is a Roller Runway? Runways are carton flow tracks with full width rollers. They replace plastic wheel track using the existing flow rack shelves. They offer an affordable upgrade to operations experiencing track failure and product jam-ups on their plastic wheel tracks. Runways are designed to drop into the existing shelves. This retrofit applies to Kingway, Unarco, Interlake, Western Pacific (Quick-Pick) and Keneco equipment. Capacity: Although rollers have more capacity than the plastic wheels, it is the existing shelf which determines capacity. Call or FAX to plan your replacement upgrade or discuss choices. Front beam hanger is also a front end stop. Total depth: 31/2” in the low profile system. Rear beam hanger positions track flush with rear beam for loading. Track drops in - no tools required in the low profile system. Rollers: Full width, 3/4” diameter, aluminum. Channel: Galvanized steel, 23 gauge, 11/8” x 5/8” Lengths: Runway can be ordered in 1” increments. Track can overhang beams for increased storage space and contouring of racks. Ideal for loose pick applications. Fully adjustable left, right, front and back. No Shelves Ever Needed Span-Track is a unique, conveyor-like carton flow track. Span-Track sections can be added to any new or existing pallet rack, spanning and supported by the pallet rack beams. This takes advantage of the strength of the rack structure and makes maximum use of rack capacity since no shelves or intermediate supports are needed (as is the case with plastic wheel track). Two Models Available High Profile (right above) Installs on pallet rack beams. Can overhang front and/or back for contouring racks. Low Profile (below right) Installs between pallet rack beams saving vertical space for higher density live storage. Both Models Offer: Now NEW Double Deep Sections • Shelfless Installation • Easy Insertion in Any Existing Pallet Rack • Easy Relocation • Up to 50 lbs. per ft. capacity • Unsupported Spans up to 10 ft. • Full Width Rollers for superior flow • Three-Year Warranty Front and Rear End Features: The front end of Span-Track acts as a raised carton stop. The rear end has a load bar to withstand impact loading. Both ends have 2” label holders built right in. Rollers Span-Track rollers are 3/4” diameter tempered aluminum with a full length 3/16” steel axle. Plastic wheel track simply doesn’t compare. Span-Track is backed by a Three-Year Warranty. And (unlike plastic wheels) they meet the test of repetitive impact loading. Very Economical Add Track. Two Steps… One Worker… No Tools. Front and Rear Hangers are available for structural beams, formed beams and step beams. Special hangers are also available. At Left: Two Low Profile Span-Track sections joined end-to-end by a bridge hanger on a structural beam create Double Deep Live Storage within a rack. Consistent carton flow and weight capacities are maintained over the full span. Presents the Newest FLOW Place Hangers on Beams. Low Profile Model installs between beams, saving vertical space. Track lengths available in 1” increments to fit all pallet rack dimensions. Drop-In design allows for easy addition to your existing rack without tools. Front hanger acts as a front end stop, rear hanger on beam absorbs shock of impact loading. Both include 1.5” built in label holders and labels. Track length must match upright dimension. Side channels are 14 gauge galvanized steel with built in carton stop and label holder front and rear. Galvanized steel Maximum Density – Cartons Always Flow to Front Full Width Rollers: 3/4" diameter aluminum rollers with galvanized steel axles. Rollers are full width of track — 9", 12" or 15" with roller spacings of 2", 3" or 4" on center. Pick Tray. Angle is adjustable from 15 to 35 degrees. Standard size is 18" deep. Optional label holders slide onto tray front. PITCH: Front pallet rack beam must be set lower than rear beam. Product handled and upright connector spacing determine required pitch. ROLLER CENTERS: Cartons flow best when supported by at least 3 rollers. Poor quality boxes or heavier weights require closer spacing for flow. OUT-TO-OUT DIMENSION OF BEAM UPRIGHT: Critical for determining proper track length. Upright dimension must match track length ordered. TYPICAL APPLICATIONS: Flow Deck Span-Track drops into single deep pallet racks. Ideal for back-toback/ push back applications. Capacity Gravity Conveyor NESTAFLEX 375 GRAVITY CONVEYOR SYSTEMS The 375 is an application-specific gravity conveyor designed for high-volume distribution centers. The pitch is preset to meet individual materials handling requirements for shipping and receiving. For shipping applications, the 375 System includes the gravity flow conveyor, transition units and store-away system. For receiving applications, the 375 System includes the gravity flow conveyor and a heavy-duty impact conveyor. Leg heights are fixed. A 4° reinforcing bend keeps legs perpendicular when conveyor is fully extended. Skate Wheel Options NP-Black Polymer Permanent Quick Connect (Pat. Pending) No tools needed for a secure easy attachment of multiple unit. S-Steel Shipping Accessories - Prices Below Transition Units: Standard Roller: Spring-loaded rollers within a rigid steel frame. Hinged mounting plate bolts to fixed conveyor, allowing units to ride up and down as conveyor is extended or contracted. Herringbone Option: Centers cartons on roller transition. Slider Plate (not shown): 11-gauge, zinc-plated steel. Designed to reduce materials transition speed. Store-Away System: Guide Rail ensures proper alignment of conveyor in stored position beneath fixed feeder conveyor.
