CHUM’s Clinics
The Clinics of the Fondation du Centre hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal (CHUM) bring
together, on the same site, the Cliniques Santé-voyage and Santé-préventive. For more
than 20 years, they have been building a team of healthcare professionals who share their
knowledge and experience for your health.
Thanks to their affiliation with the CHUM, our clinics benefit from the support of doctors
representing the numerous specialties that a major teaching hospital centre like the CHUM
can offer.
Mission
The Fondation du CHUM’s Clinics have as their mission the sharing of their considerable
clinical expertise with Quebecers to protect their health and accompany them in maintaining
their well-being.
Values
Most of the services we offer are not covered by the Régie de l’assurance maladie du
Québec. However, we are recognized as forming a non-profit organization since all
profits from the Clinics are turned over to the Fondation du CHUM.

Travel health
Always recognized as the reference in travel health,
the Fondation du CHUM’s Clinique Santé-voyage is a
pioneer in its domain and is also the only GeoSentinel*
francophone site in North America.
With or without an appointment, we help prepare
travellers of all ages to discover the world, no matter
what type of journey they are planning.

Our healthcare professionals will inform you on the risks you may be exposing
yourself to depending on your travel destination as well as on the preventive
measures you should adopt so you may return home in good health.
 Basic and specialized vaccinations
The Clinique Santé-voyage offers a full range of travel
vaccines (HPV, yellow fever, rabies, etc.) as well as basic
immunization (poliomyelitis, tetanus, whooping cough,
measles, etc.) to help protect the health of adults, children
and babies on a daily basis.
All basic immunization vaccines are covered by the Régie
de l’assurance maladie du Québec.

clinic for preventive health care. It offers quality services and care that promote a healthy
lifestyle to its clients in order to optimize their health.
Personalized medical check-ups
The Clinique Santé-préventive offers a wide range of health
check-ups (basic, complete, corporate, etc). These checkups help evaluate the risk factors associated with certain
pathologies and allow for preventive recommendations to be
made to help you make the right decisions for your health.
