RENTAL POLICIES





Equipment is available to active-duty and reserve
military members, civilian DoD personnel, military retirees and dependents (age 16 and older).
A valid ID card is required.
All rates are for a one-day rental. All rentals are
to be returned by noon on day due. Weekends
(Friday-Monday) will be charged for three (3) days
rental. If a holiday falls on a Monday or Friday the
same three-day rental applies. If a holiday falls
during the week, the daily rate will be charged.




Air Force Club members receive a 10% discount.
All watercraft rentals require a boater education
certificate which is available at the Minnesota
DNR web site.
A specific check-out sheet for all boat and camper
rentals is required. Allow one hour for both pickup and drop-off of boat and camper rentals.

A $100 rental deposit required with reservations
for ice castle, boats, and trailers. Additional
charges may apply for use over 1,000 miles. A
$50 deposit on all grills. Grills must be returned
free of charcoal ash, grease and food residue.
Deposit refunded if item is returned clean.
ALL items are to be returned clean. A $50
per-hour cleaning charge will be assessed on all
items requiring cleaning.
If items are lost, stolen or damaged, the customer
will be charged the current replacement cost.
Damaged equipment must be returned. Check
with your insurance provider for coverage.

Reservations can be made 30 days in advance
with a major credit card. A minimum of seven
days notice is required for cancellations. If you
cancel within seven days, you will be charged a
one day rental fee on your credit card.
