of that year, Midway Specialty Vehicles, LLC announced the integration of the existing product
lines of American Cargo into the sales mix offered by Midway. This segment became known,
simply, as American Cargo by Midway.

For years, American Cargo Products has enjoyed a strong reputation for manufacturing
exceptionally high quality Parcel Delivery Van bodies mounted on Ford Cutaways. Our Parcel
Delivery Vans are built on E-350 and E-450 Cutaways in various configurations with lengths
up to 18 feet and longer. We have a great selection of pool chassis available to fit any request.
We also manufacture dry freight vans on F-350 – F-550 Super Duty Chassis Cabs and can
upfit F-650 & F-750 Super Duty with dry freight bodies ranging from 12-28 feet on
your chassis.

The American Cargo Scout is a Green Alternative to a Larger PDV for In-town Delivery
Routes. The Scout is Available in Lengths of 10’-12’ on a SRW or DRW Chassis and
Features a Low Bed Height with Full Step Bumper. The Scout Includes Standard Features
Such as Durable FRP Exterior, Double Narrow Rear Swing Doors with Aluminum Hinges,

In 1912, Auto Safety House opened for business as a modest motorcycle shop in the small
town of Jerome, Arizona. In the early fifties, it became apparent that the future growth of the
company would be in parts and truck equipment products. Auto Safety House represents over
230 different parts product lines and 17 major truck equipment manufacturers in addition to

MTE-ZEE Dump
Many of the standard features of Monroe Truck Equipment’s (MTE) new MTE-ZEE
dump allow for durability and ease of operation. The 12 GA sides and 10 GA ends are
built of 50,000 PSI yield high strength steel. A crossmember-less understructure with
10 GA longmembers adds to the strength of this body. Other features include a single
lever release, quick-drop tailgate and an innovative “quick latch” system on fold
down side units. Internal dirt shedding top rails & tailgate keep the payload in the
body, where it belongs. The body is powder-coated and lifted by a heavy duty electric
scissor hoist with push button controls.
VERSA-HAULER
The MTE Versa-Hauler platform body is one of the best built towing bodies in
the industry. 12 GA galvanneal steel construction with 5” structural channel
longmembers and 3” crossmembers supply the strength for this body. The heavy duty
bulkhead with louvered cross bars and tapered rear skirt contain L.E.D. stop, turn
lights, tail lights and reverse lights. Rolled radius fenders, stainless steel hand rails
and a bright stainless steel treadplate trim kit add style. With a standard 2 5⁄16”
turnover ball hitch in the bed and a built-in 2 1⁄2” receiver tube at the rear, this
package is ready to handle all your towing needs.

Powder Coating
Reading’s innovative, state-of-the-art powder coating process sets the industry standard. High voltage
spray equipment adheres fine polyester particles to every surface, resulting in a smooth and durable
white finish that allows the body to withstand high levels of corrosion and protects from salt, chemicals,
humidity, scratching and impact. This coating process far surpasses conventional paint top coats.
Freight Re-entry and Ship-through
Our facility in Pontiac, Michigan is an authorized freight re-entry location. Products are placed
in Ford traffic and shipped anywhere in the United Sates at a low, fixed price, providing quality
Reading products at significantly reduced freight costs.

This rugged body features Reading’s Exclusive Triple Protection against rust and
corrosion. Two-sided A40-A60 coating weight Galvannealed steel construction, a 12step acrylic E-coat primer, and powder coat finish in four standard colors combine
to provide unbeatable rust and corrosion protection. Available sizes for F-350, F-450,
and F-550 Super Duty® chassis are 60’’ and 84’’ C/A featuring a conventional half
cab shield or optional tapered half cab shield for Ford freight re-entry and ship

LatchMatic® remote locking system (with integrated alarm), compartment lighting

The 12 foot Contractor Body measures 144” long, 96” wide. Standard

Royal Truck Body’s 12’ Combo Body offers all the benefits of a service

standard with 22” deep compartment and a 49” wide bed that can

In 1979, brothers Gary, James and Mike Scelzi began manufacturing our line of flatbeds
out of our company’s 4,500 square foot facility in Fresno, California. We added truck service
bodies and crane bodies to our line in 1990. Today, Scelzi Enterprises is the Valley’s largest
manufacturer and supplier of truck bodies and parts. Our operation now includes our 150,000
(approx.) square foot facility on about 20 acres in Fresno and our Azusa California facility,
which operates in a 36,000 (approx.) square foot facility on approximately 3.5 acres in
Azusa California.
Scelzi Enterprises creates custom truck bodies for a wide range of customers, from single
vehicles for individuals to entire fleets for some of California’s largest companies and utilities.

Scelzi’s roof – starting with raw sheet metal and ending with finished truck bodies fitted and

Scelzi Enterprises carries a full line of service and utility bodies. They can be

The Combo Body is a very popular body with mechanics, welders, plumbers and

Nor-Cal Vans is a member of the National Mobility Equipment Dealer’s Association (NMEDA),
the Association for Driving Rehabilitation Specialists (ADED) and is a Ford Qualified
Vehicle Modifier (QVM). Nor-Cal Van is the only Ford Vehicle Upfitter that specializes in the
modification of the Ford E-Van modified with a full 9” drop floor that eliminates the need for
raised roofs and doors. Nor-Cal Vans most current completed project is the modification of
the Ford Transit Connect for wheelchair access and taxi use. Nor-Cal Vans has consistently
followed a rigid path to compliance and demonstrates an on-going commitment and
understanding by Nor-Cal Vans of the application of FMVSS CFR title 49 section 571 with
specific data supporting its claim to compliance. All tests were conducted at MGA, Burlington,
Wisconsin on modified vehicles that are representative of current production vehicles.

The Nor-Cal MAX 9” lowered floor developed for the larger and taller wheelchair user,
provides an awesome 62” of interior headroom and 57” of entryway clearance. That’s four
more inches of headroom than the most popular accessible minivan conversion! Rigidly
tested against all levels of the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards, the Nor-Cal MAX
successfully passed all rear-impact 50-mph crash tests, confidently proving the Nor-Cal
MAX provides an unequalled level of safety. Saving time and money is also a priority.
In an effort to reduce additional expenses and time, the Nor-Cal MAX conversion comes
standard with features that reduce labor costs and down time in after-market wheelchair
lift installations.
TRANSIT CONNECT MOBILITY CONVERSION
The Transit Connect has arrived at the perfect time and the Nor-Cal Vans Adaptive Mobility
Conversion offers both agility and versatility. For individuals, it will enable a person in a
wheelchair, a driver and up to four other individuals, to be carried safely, comfortably and
economically! The rear door of the Transit Connect has been adapted, and the floor at the
rear has been lowered seven inches. At the door opening, a six-foot lightweight ramp can
then be opened out, making the slope of the entry to the van a very easy one.

Our non-emergency transporter easily meets the needs of busy transportation companies. Our
raised roof paratransit vans are available on standard and extended length chassis with a
rear-entry lift. We offer multiple wheelchair and ambulatory seating, gurney mounts and many
other options. Our extensive chassis inventory ensures a quick turnaround of your vehicle.
LUXURIOUS INTERIOR
The Nor-Cal Vans Shasta Interior features color-coordinated fabric front captain’s seats
with a matching rear sofa bed and deluxe door panels with lower carpeted kick panels.
Rich walnut inlays heighten the appearance of the interior dash and window sills. Three
tinted bay windows keep the interior bright while maintaining a feeling of privacy. Other
outstanding features include automotive style carpeting, insulation in the floor, sidewalls
and ceiling for a quieter ride, matching interior panels at the B-pillar with seat pretension
connectors and side and rear-door night boarding lights. Optional available features
include a leather seating package, choice of a tri-fold sofa bed or power sofa bed,
unishades with valances, an engine cover beverage tray, fiberglass running boards and
rubber transit flooring. The Shasta Interior is backed by a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty.

recognized by critics as a seamlessly-integrated, OEM-quality alternative fuel system that
gives the end user a proven way to save on operating costs while simultaneously doing their
part to reduce vehicle emissions.
The ROUSH Liquid Propane Injection (LPI) fuel system is available for select 2007.5 - 2008
model year Ford F-150s equipped with the 5.4L V8 3V engine. Systems are EPA and CARB
certified, and maintain factory Ford warranty. Vehicles equipped with the ROUSH LPI fuel
system can be diagnosed and serviced at any Ford dealership using normal Ford diagnostic
equipment.
Tank sizes: In-bed w/ 41 gallon capacity or under-bed w/ 20 gallon capacity.
Ford F-250 / F-350 Propane Fuel System
Eligible vehicles include any 2009 - 2010 Ford F-250 and F-350s equipped with the 5.4L
V8 3V engine. The system can be installed on pre- or post-title vehicles by ROUSH, Ford
dealerships, or authorized Ford upfitters. Systems are both EPA and CARB certified, and
maintain factory Ford warranty. Vehicles equipped with the ROUSH LPI fuel system can be
diagnosed and serviced at any Ford dealership using normal Ford diagnostic equipment.
Tank sizes: In-bed w/ 55 gallon capacity or under-bed w/ 23 gallon capacity.

available for a variety of light- and medium-duty Ford trucks and vans. Currently offered
through authorized Ford dealerships around the country, the ROUSH Performance line of

Ford E-150 / E-250 / E-350 Propane Fuel System

2009 and newer model year Ford E-150, E-250, and E-350 cargo vans and passenger vans
equipped with the 5.4L V8 2V engine can be converted to run on the ROUSH LPI fuel system.
ROUSH propane fuel systems can be installed by ROUSH or an authorized Ford dealership
or upfitter on pre- and post-titled units. Systems are EPA certified, and CARB certification
is expected during the 2010 calendar year. Vehicles equipped with the ROUSH LPI fuel
system maintain their factory Ford warranty and can be diagnosed or serviced at any Ford
dealership using normal Ford diagnostic equipment. New vehicles must be ordered with
Ford ‘Alt Fuel Prep Package’ (order code: 91G).

Ford E-450 Cutaway Propane Fuel System
The ROUSH LPI system for the 2009 and newer Ford E-450 cutaway equipped with the 6.8L
V10 2V engine will be available for ordering beginning in Q3 of 2010. They will be available
for installation on post-titled units as a retrofit or pre-titled units as an install through
ROUSH, authorized Ford dealerships, or authorized Ford upfitters. The system will be EPA
certified at launch, and CARB certification is expected 60 to 90 days later. Factory warranty
and diagnostic abilities are maintained. New vehicles must be ordered with Ford ‘Alt Fuel
Prep Package’ (order code: 91G).
