We also offer an array of optional speciality restaurants that range from U.S. $ 15

GET READY TO CRUISE
Finally, you can count on our
staff — quite possibly the friendliest
at sea — to make sure everything is
just how you like it.
WHAT ABOUT MY TRAVEL
DOCUMENTS?
CRUISE LIKE A NORWEGIAN
Norwegians cruise like no other
people on earth. With more choices
of what to do and see, and more
freedom to do it your way. We call it
Freestyle Cruising®. You just might
call it the best holidays ever.
It starts with a wide range of dining
options all included in your cruise
price, and all available on your
schedule. Or you can make the night
truly memorable and enjoy one of
our delicious speciality restaurants
for a cover charge. The freedom
continues with entertainment for
everybody. From exclusive shows
never before seen at sea, to adultsonly clubs where you can dance ’til
dawn, to supervised activities for kids
and teens. And our Shore Excursions
will give you even more stories to
take back home. When it’s time to
recover from the excitement, you
can retreat to your accommodations
designed for the way you cruise.
4
Your travel documents will be
provided to you or your travel agent
as electronic documents (eDocs).
They serve as your cruise voucher
and will include key information like
departure date, itinerary and more. It’s
important to review your eDocs and
call your travel agent right away if
anything is incorrect. Also, keep in
mind that your eDocs are a contract
and your acceptance of the Guest
Ticket Contract means you agree to
the conditions it contains. Norwegian
Cruise Line reserves the right to
decline or accept any person as a
guest of the cruise at any time.
Please note that you will not receive
vouchers for pre-booked Shore
Excursions with your tickets – these
will be delivered to your stateroom at
the beginning of your cruise.
ONLINE CHECK-IN
In order to comply with government
regulations covering departure
manifests, be sure to register online
through our website after you have
paid in full and before you leave on
your Norwegian Cruise Line holiday.
Guests who have not completed
their Online Check-In form at least
one day prior to sailing may be
subject to an extended check-in
procedure at the cruise terminal or
may even be denied boarding.
GET READY TO CRUISE
INSTRUCTIONS TO
REGISTER FOR YOUR
TRIP ONLINE:
• Click “Already Booked” at
ncl.eu.
• Create your “My NCL” account
by adding your sailing date,
name of the ship and your
reservation number. It’s easy.
• Once logged in, you should see
your confirmation listed.
• Then fill out your Online Check In to receive your eDocs. You
can even reserve your on-board
activities or Shore Excursions
ahead of time, so you don’t miss
out on the great times on board
and on shore.
• Please note that you will need
to complete the Online
Check-In for each guest prior to
accessing your eDocs.
COMBINABLE CRUISES
In case you book two or more
consecutive cruises, we call this a
combinable cruise. Cruises can be
booked on the same or on different
ships, but need to take place within a
maximum interval of one day to be
recognized as combinable cruise.
Depending on the port of call and its
customs regulations, guests can be
required to disembark and then
embark again as well as to sign a
customs regulation after every cruise.
In the event guests disembark during
the regulatory inspections, they have
to wait until the inspections are
finished before they are allowed to
return on board. Some entertainment
offers and menus in restaurants can
be repeated during the second cruise.
WILL I NEED INSURANCE?
Norwegian Cruise Line’s liability is
limited by international agreements
and the Terms and Conditions of
Passage. We therefore recommend
purchasing appropriate travel, health
and luggage insurance before your
cruise. Your travel agency will be
happy to assist you. In addition,
please see www.ncl.eu for further
information and to purchase
insurance via our partner Europäische
Reiseversicherung AG. If buying
insurance, please note you’ll receive
the documents from the insurance
company directly. In the occurrence
of an insured event, please contact
the insurance company. Please be
aware that you need to hand in any
claims to the insurance company in
writing within one month after the
end of your voyage.
WHAT ARE PASSPORT AND
VISA REQUIREMENTS?
Guests are responsible for ensuring
they fulfill all passport and visa
requirements for all countries visited
during the cruise and when travelling
to and from the port of embarkation/
disembarkation. EU citizens need a
full passport which must be valid for
a minimum of six months beyond
their return (this restriction also
applies for children). A passport is
also required for all European sailings
(exception: citizens of Schengen
States cruising on itineraries that do
not leave EU territory).
During most cruises, Norwegian
Cruise Line personnel will need to
5
GET READY TO CRUISE
retain your passport. You therefore
have to carry a second governmentissued photo ID with you at all times.
It is the sole responsibility of the
guest to provide all necessary
documentation. Guests are not
entitled to a refund if entry into any
foreign territory or boarding is denied
due to lack of proper documents. If
you would like to go ashore in Russia
(St. Petersburg) independently, i.e.
not as part of an organised Shore
Excursion by Norwegian Cruise Line,
you need to obtain a valid tourist visa
prior to your cruise.
What are the special
regulations for Visa-free
travel to the U.S.?
In order to enter the U.S. under the
Visa Waiver Programme (VWP), each
traveller (including children) must
present a machine-readable passport
(e.g. burgundy coloured European
passport). For machine-readable
passports issued or renewed/
extended before October 26, 2005
there are no further requirements.
Machine-readable passports issued
or renewed/extended on or after
October 26, 2005 through October
25, 2006 must contain a digital
photograph printed on the passport
6
data or an integrated chip with
information from the data page
(“e-passport”). Machine-readable
passports issued or renewed/extended on or after October 26, 2006
are required to be e-passports.
Temporary, emergency and
diplomatic passports are exempted
from digital photo and electronic
chip requirements, but must be
machine-readable (with the exception
of temporary or emergency German
passports which do not entitle to
visa-free entry to the U.S.). Travellers
with non-compliant passports must
have a visa to travel to the United
States. Should you need to obtain a
visa, please be sure to apply for a
multiple entry visa.
The Electronic System for Travel
Authorization (ESTA) is effective for
citizens and eligible nationals of Visa
Waiver Programme (VWP) countries
to apply for advance authorization to
travel to the United States under the
VWP. ESTA stipulates that all Visa
Waiver Programme travellers are
required to obtain via https://esta.
cbp.dhs.gov/esta/ an electronic travel
authorization prior to boarding a
carrier to travel by air or sea to the
U.S. under the VWP. Countries
currently enrolled in the VWP include
Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France,
the Netherlands, Norway and
Sweden, amongst others. ESTA
authorizations are valid for multiple
entries within two years (Or less if the
passport expires during this period).
Please note that bookings of
transatlantic voyages require a print
out of the ESTA permission
statement which has to be shown at
GET READY TO CRUISE
Check-In. Therefore this regulation
applies amongst others to citizens of
Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Please note that at the moment U.S.
authorities charge a fee of U.S. $ 14
per person for travel authorization.
This fee has to be paid by credit
card during the application process.
Additional information regarding the
VWP and ESTA is available at www.
cbp.gov/esta. Please be aware that
immigration regulations are subject
to change. For current information,
please check with your travel agent
or the respective embassies or
consulates. It is assumed that the
traveller is a citizen of an EU state
that is a member of the Schengen
Agreement. For all EU citizens of a
member state that is a Non-Schengen
state, you will have to check individual
treaties between your state and the
U.S. Government, whether you are
part of the Visa Waiver Programme or
you need to apply for a special tourist
visa at the U.S. embassy of your home
state. Please consider that the
application for a visa could take up to
three months. To check participation
of your state in the Visa Waiver
Programme please refer to the
following link www.travel.state.gov/
visa/temp/without/without_1990.
html# countries.
All travellers that are non-EU citizens
please check your individual passport
and immigration requirements with
your travel agent and the respective
embassies or consulates. Personal
circumstances cannot be considered.
We will try within our means to inform
you of any possible changes.
What is the Secure
Flight Programme?
The American Transportation
Security Administration (TSA) has
implemented the Secure Flight
Programme for international air
traffic. This programme intends to
reduce the instances of misidentification of the travel
authorized passengers to the U.S. as
well as to enhance the security of air
travel. Within this programme, all
airlines commit to transmit the
following Secure Flight Passenger
Data (SFPD) from travellers who are
arriving in and/or departing from the
U.S. to the U.S. Department of
Homeland Security: Full name as per
valid government-issued passport
(including middle name, initials),
date of birth, gender and Redress
Number (if applicable). Therefore we
ask all guests to check their
confirmation carefully. In case of
any incorrect data appearing on the
confirmation, please contact our
reservations department. If there is
7

no client data available at the time
of booking, Norwegian Cruise Line
will use the data from the Online
Check-In.
For further information on the
Secure Flight Programme please visit
www.tsa.gov/stakeholders/secureflight-program. Providing the Secure
Flight Data does not release from
the obligation to apply for the
advanced authorization to travel to
the U.S. under the ESTA programme.
SANCTIONED COUNTRIES
The United States Department of the
Treasury through the Office of
Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) has
issued a series of comprehensive
sanctions against the following
countries (“Sanctioned Countries”):
• KP - NORTH KOREA
• CU - CUBA
• SD - SUDAN
• SY - SYRIA
• IR - IRAN
These sanctions limit the ability of
cruise lines to conduct business with
Sanctioned Countries and their
citizens, which includes allowing
citizens of those countries to sail
onboard our Norwegian fleet.
If you are either a citizen of, or are
residing in, one of these Sanctioned
Countries, you will be unable sail
with Norwegian Cruise Line unless
you are able to present valid
documentation demonstrating:
(1) proof of your citizenship in a
non-sanctioned country;
or
8
(2) proof of your residency in a
non-sanctioned country.
If you are able to demonstrate that
you are a citizen of a nonsanctioned country, or that you
reside in a non-sanctioned country,
then we will also need evidence that
you are funding the cruise, including
on board charges, through a bank
associated with a non-sanctioned
country. Then your booking can be
processed.
If you have any further questions,
contact your local Travel Agent or
our reservations department.
WHAT ABOUT TRANSFER?
If you have reserved your transfers
with Norwegian Cruise Line, please
check your transfer vouchers for
information on the transfer
organisation. Guests who arrive by
plane on the day of embarkation
and have reserved the transfers
through Norwegian Cruise Line, will
be greeted by a Norwegian Cruise
Line representative in the airport
arrivals hall to take them to their
ship. Guests who have not reserved
the transfers through Norwegian
Cruise Line, can travel to the port by
taxi, public transport or hire car.
Parking facilities are available at the
majority of ports. Guests must
ensure they arrive at the
embarkation pier on time.
Transfers from the pier to the airport
are generally offered on board at the
Shore Excursion desk. Please note
that prices on board may differ from
the prices published in our brochure.

HOW MANY SUITCASES
CAN I TAKE?
For your cruise, we recommend
bringing up to two pieces of
personal luggage, with each piece
weighing a maximum of 22 kg. If
travelling by air, there can occur
different restrictions. So please
check the baggage and hand
luggage restrictions of your airline.
Should your airline allow you to
carry more luggage, this will be
accepted on board, too. All pieces of
luggage should be clearly labelled
with your name, address and a
contact number. The ship luggage
tags should be placed on your
luggage no earlier than on the day of
embarkation. Please ensure that your
stateroom number is clearly shown
to avoid delays in luggage delivery to
your stateroom. In case you have
booked a so-called guarantee cabin
and have not received your
stateroom number with the travel
documents, please put “GTY” on
your luggage labels. Your stateroom
will not be available until 14:00 and
you won’t be reunited with your
luggage until late afternoon. So you
may want to consider carrying a
small bag with any essential items
such as medicines (in their original
THINGS TO CONSIDER
WHEN PACKING:
• Hair dryers and towels are
available in all staterooms.
• Irons can be requested at the
front desk and laundry service
is also available.
• Pool/Beach towels are
available for your use on board
and ashore.
Airlines and Norwegian Cruise Line
have limited liability for loss and
damage, so be sure all luggage and
personal belongings are properly
insured. If you are bringing your golf
clubs or a wheelchair, they are
permitted on board the ship, but do
check with your airline for any
restrictions they may have.
If the “Easy Walk-Off”, where you are
carrying all your own luggage off the
ship, is not an option for you, your
suitcases are collected the night
before disembarkation, so be sure to
pack an overnight bag with your
personal essentials. Please note that
the “Easy Walk-Off” cannot be offered
in all disembarkation ports. Porter
service is available at each pier during
embarkation/disembarkation for
luggage assistance. The customary tip
for porters is the equivalent of U.S. $ 1
per bag (U.S. $ 2 per bag in New York).
9
GET READY TO CRUISE
Please carry along a medical
certificate in English establishing
your due date and fitness to travel.
Please be aware that Norwegian
Cruise Line will not be responsible
or liable for any complications of
pregnancy that occur during the
cruise.
WHAT HAS TO BE TAKEN
INTO CONSIDERATION IF
TRAVELLING WITH MINORS
OR IF MINORS TRAVEL
ALONE?
WHICH VACCINATIONS
MIGHT BE NECESSARY?
At this moment in time there are no
vaccinations required for any of our
destinations. Except guests who
participate in excursions to Cuzco/
Machu Picchu, are required to have a
yellow-fever vaccination. Since
recommended immunizations and
other health precautions often
change, we suggest that you consult
your doctor, the local public health
department or the Centre for Disease
Control in time before departure.
Company policy dictates that a
guest under 21 years of age must be
accompanied in the same or a
neighbouring stateroom by a guest
21 years of age or older who
expressly agrees to be responsible
for the under-21 guest throughout
the cruise. This includes preventing
under-age buying or drinking of
alcohol, preventing under-age
gambling and ensuring they don’t
break any of the ship’s rules.
WHAT IF I AM PREGNANT?
For guests under 18 years (under 21
for cruises that include a Canadian
port) travelling in the company of an
adult who is not the minor’s parent
or legal guardian, the PARENT/
GUARDIAN CONSENT & RELEASE
FORM that authorizes the minor’s
travel and further authorizes medical
treatment in case of an emergency
Congratulations! Rest assured that
Norwegian Cruise Line will make
every effort to accommodate you.
However, to ensure your medical
safety, you must complete all travel
before the beginning of the 24th
week of pregnancy.
10
For safety reasons infants under the
age of six months are not allowed to
sail with Norwegian. However, for
voyages that have three or more
consecutive days at sea, the infant
must be at least 12 months old at
time of sailing. For children of up to
2 years, cribs are available on board.
GET READY TO CRUISE
must be delivered to a Norwegian
Cruise Line representative at the pier
during check-in.
Please note that the form must be
accompanied by a copy of both
parents’/legal guardians’ driver’s
licenses or other government issued
identification. On cruises that
include a Canadian port, guests
under 18 years travelling with
person(s) other than both parents,
should be in possession of a
separate letter of authorization
(preferably notarized) from the
parents or legal guardian.
This letter should contain the
authorization for the child to travel
with another person and to be
outside the country, the name and a
24-hour contact telephone number
of the parents or guardian as well as
the destination and length of stay in
Canada. Adoptive parents, legal
guardians or persons separated or
divorced are advised to keep legal
and other relevant documents
available in orderto clarify custody
rights.
Failure to present the relevant
documents may result in boarding
being denied with no refund
provided.Two people under the age
of 21 may travel together in the
same state room if they are a
married couple and provide proof of
marriage to a Norwegian Cruise Line
representative at the pier before
embarkation.
Guests under the age of 18 are not
allowed to gamble in our casinos.
Should a guest under the age of 18
gamble nevertheless and win, he or
she, for reasons of law, will not be
paid the winnings. Children under 16
years of age are not allowed to enter
the fitness centre.
The minimum age to use the Thermal
Spa (sauna, steam room, hot tubs) is
18 years. There is no minimum age
requirement for the access to the
rest of the spa as well as the beauty
salon or the use of salon services.
For spa treatments a parent or legal
guardian has to be present.
Please note that the bowling alley
located inside the Bliss Ultra Lounge
cannot be used by guests under 18
years after 21:00. Furthermore, some
bars and lounges on board
Norwegian Epic and the ships of the
Breakaway-Class for example Spice
H2O, are adults only (18 and over).
In the interest of the safety of your
children, we would like to ask you to
ensure the compliance with certain
guidelines. Climbing on handrails

and railings is not allowed. For
environmental reasons please make
sure that your children do not throw
anything over board. Under no
circumstances should a minor be left
abord the vessel, other than in the
care of the vessel’s Splash Academy
or Entourage programmes, while the
adult guest responsible for the minor
leaves the vessel for any reason.
WHAT ABOUT PEOPLE WITH
SPECIAL NEEDS?
We welcome guests with special
needs. All of our ships have
designated staterooms with wider
doorways and more spacious
bathrooms that will accommodate
wheelchairs and staterooms with
light- and under pillow vibrating
alarms for guests with visual/hearing
impairments. Please see your travel
agent, contact Norwegian Cruise
Line or visit www.ncl.eu/helpfulinformation/guests-with-specialrequirements/ for further
information.
However, the following conditions
apply: any physical challenge or
medical condition that requires
special treatment or attention must
be reported to Norwegian Cruise Line
at the time of booking. For certain
conditions we ask for affirmation and
liability forms. Due to unpredictable
circumstances associated with a ship
at sea, we reserve the right to refuse
or revoke passage to anyone who,
based upon objective standards, is in
a physical or mental condition that
jeopardizes the safe operation of the
vessel, who poses a direct threat to
the health or safety of others or who
may require care beyond that which
we can provide.
Please alert us prior to cruising if you
have any special needs or medical
equipment you’re required to bring
on board. Failure to do so may result
in equipment not being cleared
before departure. We can also assist
in having the required equipment
delivered to the cruise terminal.
Mentioned assistance is no duty of
Norwegian Cruise Line, its vicarious
agents, employees, service providers
or commissionaires and is not
included in the contractual services,
if no other explicit agreements have
been made or no legal requirements
(especially for air travel regulation
(EG) Nr. 1107/2006 of the 5th July
2006 concerning rights of physically
impaired air travellers and air
travellers with limited mobility) are
mandatorily applicable.
Guests who use a wheelchair must
provide their own small, collapsible
type and should inform Norwegian
Cruise Line at the time of booking.
12
GET READY TO CRUISE
Motorized wheelchairs and scooters
are welcome; however, they must
be powered by gel-cell batteries.
Due to safety regulations, we cannot
accept any wet-cell or acid-batterypowered wheelchairs on board the
ship. The wheelchair battery charger
must be adaptable to 110 volts.
Guests who prefer not to bring their
own wheelchair onboard are asked
to contact our US commissionaire
Special Needs at Sea by calling
001 954 585 0575 to organize the
delivery of a replacement. Please
consider that wheelchairs need to be
stored in your cabin only.
On our newest ships electric lifts for
pools and whirlpools are installed. In
casinos lower gambling tables and
slot machines are available. For our
youngest guests in the wheelchair,
we provide ramps or lifts to assure
easy access to the kids- and youthsections. To guarantee the safety of
all our guests, the usage of
wheelchairs in tender boats is not
allowed. Please keep in mind that
due to this and other reasons, guests
in wheelchairs cannot participate in
some activities and programs. For
more information please check
www.ncl.eu/helpful-information/
guests-with-special-requirements.
Other medical equipment, like
oxygen therapy, must also be
self-provided. Liquid oxygen is not
allowed on board. Every Suite and
nearly every stateroom have
refrigerators for storing
pharmaceuticals that must be kept
cold (except in Studios, Category T1).
For visually impaired guests: service
animals are welcome on board
13
(unfortunately no other pets are
allowed). Guests travelling with
service animals must make sure that
they have obtained all customs and
governmental clearance to
disembark the service animal in the
various ports of call they will be
visiting. They must also provide
Norwegian Cruise Line with the
proper health certificates and
vaccination papers. This must be
done prior to the cruise.
Requests for special diets should be
made at the time of booking and at
least two months before departure.
Special meals are available, including
low-calorie, vegetarian, gluten-free,
no-MSG, low-/no-sodium and low-/
no-cholesterol meals, as well as
sugarfree and fat-free desserts and
kosher meals. Special diets cannot
be guaranteed on flights and tours.
WHAT ARE THE CUSTOMS
REGULATIONS?
Customs allowances may vary
depending on the itinerary and are
subject to change. Please check on
board, with your Ministry of Foreign
Affairs or the respective customs
authorities for the most up-to-date
information. You are not permitted to
bring fresh fruit, meat products, fresh
milk products or plants into the U.S.
Upon reentering the EU from third
countries, certain duty-free
allowances apply. In the best case an
adult returning by air from a third
country to the EU can import dutyfree up to 200 cigarettes, a litre of
spirits, four litres of wine, 16 litres of
beer and 430 Euros of other goods.
GET READY TO CRUISE
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Certain items that generate heat or
produce an open flame are not
permitted on board. This includes
clothing irons, hotplates, candles,
incense and any other item that may
create a fire hazard. Curling irons and
hair dryers are allowed and may
require a converter.
No illegal drugs or other illegal
substances including but not limited
to medical marijuana are allowed on
board or may be utilized during a
Norwegian Cruise Line vacation,
including during transfers to and from
ships, inside terminals, during shore
excursions or at our private island.
Illegal drugs or substances will be
confiscated and appropriate action
taken, which may include removal
from the ship and involvement of
appropriate authorities.
In addition, foreign governments at
Norwegian Cruise Line ports of call
have strict laws that address drug
possession. Guests found in violation
of such laws are subject to arrest and
prosecution by the foreign jurisdiction
(and perhaps United States or other
authorities as well) and may be
prevented from re-boarding the ship.
No weapon, explosive, or other item
that presents a risk of harm to persons
or property, are permitted on board.
They will be taken by ship’s Security
and appropriate action taken. Guests
are not allowed to bring their own
scuba gears on board such as oxygen
tanks, diving knives, spears, etc.
WHERE AND WHEN CAN I
BOARD THE SHIP?
You can only embark at the
designated port of embarkation.
There are two important times to
note in your eDocs. One is your
embarkation time and the other is
your departure time:
•The embarkation time dictates the
beginning of the check in. We ask
you to not arrive any earlier at the
pier than one hour before the
embarkation time noted on your
travel documents. Due to security
regulations it is possible that you
won’t be allowed to enter the cruise
terminal before your scheduled
embarkation time. Additionally,
waiting areas outside the terminal
can be limited and catering facilities
might not be provided.
• Departure time is when your ship
will set sail. We highly encourage
you to board no later than two
hours prior to the departure time
noted in your eDocs. Please plan
enough time to complete your
check-in at the cruise terminal before boarding; your Online
Check-In form must be completed
prior to arrival – at least one day
before sailing. Check-in will close
one hour before departure.
Please note that guests will not be able
to board after check-in has closed. Any
late arriving guests may join the ship at
an approved port of call in the
scheduled cruise itinerary. Such guests
will be responsible for all applicable
fees and travel expenses to that
subsequent port of call.

WHICH LANGUAGE IS
SPOKEN ON BOARD?
The international atmosphere aboard
our ships is one of the reasons why
they are so special. Our on-board
language is English, which is why we
recommend having a basic
knowledge of English when travelling
with Norwegian Cruise Line, but our
crew and guests come from all over
the world.
For special questions and concerns,
you can always contact our
multilingual international hostess
present on the majority of our ships.
To ensure that you can fully enjoy
our dining options aboard, our
restaurant menus on all of our cruises
are available not only in English but
also in French, German, Italian,
Spanish and Russian. On some of our
European itineraries and specific
sailing dates we also offer besides
Shore Excursions in English, German,
Italian and Spanish, selected Shore
Excursions with French-speaking
guides (subject to a minimum
ON BOARD
number of 30 participants). Just ask
our Shore Excursion team for details.

ON BOARD
IS CASH NEEDED ABOARD?
HOW CAN GOOD SERVICE
BE HONOURED?
On-board account
The currency aboard our ships is the
U.S. $. However, you will not need to
carry around large amounts of cash
on board because we’ve made
paying for on-board expenses very
easy. When you check in for your
cruise, you open a shipboard
account all purchases made on the
ship are charged to. Make sure to
sign up on the day of embarkation by
establishing a method of payment:
with credit cards like Visa®,
MasterCard® or American Express or
alternatively with traveller’s cheques
in U.S. $ or cash. Please note that we
cannot accept Eurocheque cards.
When your credit card is entered to
activate your on-board account, an
initial approval is obtained from the
bank. Please be advised that
throughout the voyage, incremental
holds will be obtained by your
lending institution based on your
on-board expenditures. Some banks
may hold these for 30 days, even
though your expenditures are already
debited. This will reduce the amount
of available credit on the credit card.
Some banks additionally limit the
amount of possible transactions per
day or per week which can influence
the previously described process.
The transaction process and it’s
regulations solely underlie the
discretion of your lending institution.
Due to this we kindly advise you to
inform your lending institution prior
your holiday that you are sailing with
an international cruise line and you
therefore might use your credit card
for transactions in different countries
and want to assure yourself that
existing limitations cover expenses as
well as blocked amounts.
If you prefer to pay by cash or
traveller’s cheques, you’ll need to
lodge a deposit of U.S. $ 300 per
person (7 night cruise), U.S. $ 150 per
person (cruise up to 6 nights) or U.S.
$ 450 per person (cruise of 8 nights
and more) at ckeck-in (subject to
change). If the limit is exceeded, a
notice will be sent to the stateroom
requesting an additional deposit.
Personal cheques or currencies other
than the U.S. Dollar cannot be
accepted on board. The only
exception being our European
cruises where deposits in Euros are
accepted. The deposit will be the
Euro equivalent of the U.S. $ amount.
Any excess deposit will be refunded
at the end of the U.S. $ amount. Any
excess deposit will be refunded at
the end of the cruise in U.S. Dollar.
Please note that, should you wish to
change this excess deposit to Euros,
a foreign exchange fee will apply.
Those guests who opted for a cash
deposit will have to come to the
reception area on the morning of
disembarkation for the final
settlement of their bill.
When making an on-board purchase,
guests need to show their stateroom
key card and sign their name and
stateroom number. Guests will sign,
as well as an itemized final bill at the
end of the cruise. Please note that
casino play cannot be charged to
your on-board account.
18
ON BOARD
Please also keep in mind that it’s
always worth having a small amount
of local currency for immediate
expenses on arrival at your
destination and for any purchases
you make at your ports of call.
Traveller’s cheques and most major
credit cards are accepted in the ports
we visit.
Service charge
It is our highest priority that you enjoy
your cruise with Norwegian Cruise Line
to the fullest and that our whole crew
provides you with the extraordinary
service we are known for. A US $ 12,95
discretionary service charge will be
automatically added to your shipboard
account (per guest per day for all
guests three years and older) if you are
staying in an Inside, Oceanview,
Balcony Stateroom, Mini Suite or
Studio. If you are staying in a Suite or
The Haven Suite a service charge of US
$ 14,95 per guest per day (three years
and older) will be added. This charge
will be shared among those staff
members, including the restaurant staff,
stateroom stewards and other
behind-the-scenes staff who provide
services that enhance your overall
cruise experience. Guests who are
sailing in Suite categories also receive
the services of a concierge, butler and
dedicated wait staff. This charge will
also be shared among those staff
members. These service charges can
be paid in advance of your cruise. If you
have any concerns about the service
you receive during your cruise, please
let our on-board Guest Services Desk
staff know right away, so we can
address any issues in a timely manner.
In the unlikely event that we can’t
19
resolve your issue, you can have the
service charge adjusted on board.
Where your service charge has been
pre-paid before departure, refunds are
not available on board and you must
apply for a refund, if applicable, after
you return home by writing to our
Guest Relations department. The
refund application needs to include a
complaint form which needs to be
filled out on board during your cruise.
Gratuities
Also, certain staff members provide
optional services which are not used of
all our guests. Therefore we would like
to ask these guests who use mentioned
services to acknowledge the work of
our employees. For example, for guests
purchasing bar drinks, the
recommended gratuity of 18% is
automatically added to their final bill as
well as a service charge of 18% for spa
and salon services. For guests of our
suites, who benefit from butler – and
concierge services, we recommend to
consider appropriate gratuities for the
delivered services.
THINGS TO DO ON BOARD
Every day your cruise director is coming
up with exciting things to see and do.
The Freestyle Daily newsletter on board
is the best way to find out all the day’s
events, show times, special sales, and a
whole lot more. During the cruise, an
advance copy of the Freestyle Daily is
delivered to your stateroom every
evening so you can plan your next day
of fun. You can choose between fitness
or computer classes, wine tasting and
cooking shows or Karaoke nights,
Bingo and sporting competitions; surely
there’s something suitable for you
ON BOARD
among the wide variety. If what you’re
looking for is relaxation you will find
that on board, too. Try our spa and
wellness oases. Or simply soak up the
sun, reclining in a comfortable deck
chair. On the following pages you’ll
find a small selection of what awaits
you on board.

these services should be made early
during your cruise. If you travel on
board Norwegian Epic you have the
opportunity to pre-book your wellness
treatments online via My NCL up to two
days before sailing. The use of the spa
on most ships, as well as wellness &
beauty treatments are not included in
the cruise fare.
Stay in shape in our
fitness center
In the fitness centers on board our
ships you can work out daily from
06:00 to 23:00 (opening times may
vary slightly by ship) and enjoy a
different view every day. We also offer

personal trainers. Topics covered may
include the following: yoga and Pilates,
stretch and relaxation, aerobics/
spinning/step classes and cuircuit
training. Please note that some of the
classes/seminars are offered at a

there’s a rock climbing wall on some of
our ships and on the Norwegian
Breakaway-Class you can find the
largest ropes course at sea.
Shop on-board –
tax- and duty-free
With the exception of Hawai’i
itineraries, our on-board stores carry
tax- and duty-free items like liquor,
tobacco, fragrances and cosmetics, as
well as casual beach and cruising
apparel. You’ll also find designer
watches, stunning pieces of jewellery
and more.
You can also indulge in our Thermal
Suite. Please note that Thetrmal Suite
offerings vary by ship and are not
available on Norwegian Sky,
Norwegian Spirit, Norwegian Sun or
Pride of America.
Please note that in order to comply
with Spanish and Italian tax regulations
we are required to charge Spanish &
Italian VAT on applicable retail items
purchased on board on cruises from/to
Barcelona, Venice, Civitavecchia as well
as on all other cruises whilst the ship is
in Spanish or Italian waters.

ON BOARD
On-board library
A cruise is an excellent opportunity
to read a good book or two and you’ll
find that our library on board is a
perfect place for that. Of course you
can also borrow books from our wellstocked selection (on board
Norwegian Epic there is no library
available).
Casinos at sea
Try your hand in the best casinos at
sea! Blackjack, Roulette and slot
machines are only a small selection of
what our award-winning casinos have
in store for you. And if you need an
introduction, try our free gaming
lessons. Please note that taking
photos or filming is not permitted in
the casino.
Due to legislation, there is no casino
on Pride of America. Please keep in
mind that due to legal reasons, casino
winnings of guests below the age of
18, cannot be paid out.
Bring home a treasure from
our art auctions at sea
Whether you’re an art aficionado or
just interested in seeing a live art
auction, you’ll enjoy one of our art
auctions at sea. Each cruise offers you
the chance to purchase exceptional
artwork from renowned talents like
Pablo Picasso and Salvador Dalí at
discounts off normal gallery prices.
Anything you purchase can be
custom framed and shipped to your
home. Art auctions at sea are held
two to three times during each cruise.
Check the Freestyle Daily newsletter
on board for listings and times.
21
Capture your memories
with our on-board
photographer
Each of our ships has an on-board
photographer, who can help you
remember your cruise just the way
you want. Whether it’s photos with
the ship’s Captain, capturing a
romantic moment on deck or getting
a family portrait during Norwegian’s
Night Out, everyone can get in the
picture.
For a more personal experience, the
Perspectives Photography Studio*
offers custom private photography
sessions, at your choice of locations
on or off the ship. Furthermore you
can develop your films and buy
photography equipment on board.
*This service is available on selected
sailings only.
Laundry Service
Wouldn’t it be nice to return from
your cruise with as many clean
clothes as you left with? You can,
thanks to Norwegian Cruise Line’s
on-board laundry service. Laundry,
dry cleaning, spot removal and
pressing services are available for a
small charge. Consult the laundry
services order form in your
stateroom to find out more. A
ON BOARD
friendly crew member will pick your
laundry up directly from your
stateroom and return it to you clean
and folded. Now that’s a holiday.
ENJOY DINING —
THE FREESTYLE WAY
Freestyle Dining – it’s actually how
Freestyle Cruising began. With no
fixed dining times or pre-assigned
seating, you’ll have more freedom
throughout your entire cruise
holiday. With so many different
places to eat on board, you can
experience all kinds of dining
options – a different one every day if
you want.
Complimentary Dining
Every ship in our Freestyle fleet has
two main dining rooms, each with a
unique style, distinct ambiance and
menus all their own. Plus, each
dining room also offers menu
selections that change daily. Every
night, you’ll find a tempting array of
beef, chicken and vegetarian
appetizers and entrées, as well as the
Chef’s Choice which is a regionally
inspired offering. Delicious breads
are also baked fresh every day, and
desserts and pastries are prepared
from scratch right on board. So, if
you’re looking for a wide variety of
menu options or simply want to
make some new friends by sharing a
dinner table, our main dining rooms
could be the right choice. You even
have the option of dining with the
Officers if you choose.
If casual dining better suits your
mood, every ship also has plentiful
buffets with made-to-order specials,
as well as a variety of casual cafes,
grills, and on-the-go choices for
breakfast, lunch and dinner. And we
also offer a 24-hour option for those
night owls (delivery charge applies
midnight to 5:00).
Speciality Dining
In addition to all of the complimentary dining available, Norwegian
Cruise Line also pioneered the
concept of speciality restaurants.
With a cover charge between U.S. $
15 and U.S. $ 39,99 per person
(subject to change), you can
experience a world of different
cuisines and atmospheres – from
the finest French bistro at sea to
traditional Italian dishes served in a
trattoria-style setting. Perhaps you’d
enjoy more traditional dining at our
signature steakhouse, or if the mood
strikes, watch our hibachi chefs
prepare delicious entrées tableside
at Teppanyaki.
Additional information
Unfortunately, we are unable to
accommodate very specific dietary
requirements. Please notify us of any
requirements you may have upon
making your reservation and we will
inform you which of them can be met.
22
ON BOARD
On the first night at dinner, reconfirm
your request with the Maitre d’Hotel.
The exact opening hours of the
restaurants are published in the
Freestyle Daily newsletter. As a rule,
the restaurants are open for dinner
from 17:30 until midnight, last
admission at 22:30. For the popular
speciality restaurants, reservations
are recommended and can be made
in advance and on board. Please take
note of the cancellation policies you
receive with the confirmation of your
reservation. For our main restaurants
no reservations are required.
Occasionally, you may have to wait
to be seated. Aboard our ships,
electronic screens located at the
restaurant entrances and in public
areas show the real-time table
availability in all dining venues.
Should the restaurant of your choice
be fully occupied, you will be
provided with a beeper by which you
will be notified as soon as your table
is ready. During meals iced water,
iced tea, tea and regular coffee are
available free of charge. During
breakfast, some juices are also
included. All other drinks will be
charged to your on-board account.
Please note that restaurants are
designated non-smoking areas.
And, on most of our ships, your kids
will have the choice of their own little
dining area with all their favourite
dishes. Also, all of our restaurants
have high chairs available.
If you are a wine connoisseur, then
you’ll love our speciality wines
programme. We offer hand-selected
23
speciality wines from all around the
world. Just ask to see our speciality
wines list and you’ll be sure to find a
selection perfect for any meal or
occasion. Wines are available at all
restaurants and can also be delivered
to your stateroom. If you are looking
to learn more about the world of
wine, we offer wine tasting classes
and sessions.
You can make dining reservations in
our main and speciality restaurants
before you even set sail. Starting at
90 days prior to your sail date, visit
My NCL to reserve the dining option
of your choice. For guests of The
Haven and all Suites it is possible to
make reservations via telephone 100
days prior to sail date. Then you can
relax knowing that you’ve reserved
your dining — when you want, where
you want. Please note: Dining
reservations must be booked no later
than two days before your cruise, or
may be reserved on board.
BARS, LOUNGES AND
THEATRES
On our ships you’ll find a great
variety of bars and lounges and
they’re open until the wee hours so
you can make the most of every
night at sea. Whether you’re looking
for a quiet corner in the wine bar or
groove on the dance floor, you’ll find
the perfect setting for any mood. In
our theatres aboard we offer you a
varied entertainment programme
with musicals, magic tricks, comedy
etc. And as a rule there are two
performances per night so you can
have dinner whenever you like.
ON BOARD
WHAT TYPE OF ATTIRE DO I
NEED?
when all dining venues are cruise
casual.
Freestyle Cruising is not too dressy,
not too casual. We call it “resort
casual”, you’ll call it being on
holiday. By day, almost anything is
fine like skirts, jeans, casual tops and
shorts.
Traditional Bermuda shorts along
with long socks, loafers and a blazer
are all acceptable during a Bermuda
cruise. We want you to be
comfortable, but singlets for men,
flip flops, baseball caps and jeans
that are overly faded, with holes or
tears and worn below the hips are
not permitted in any of our main
dining rooms or speciality
restaurants. Kids 12 and under are
welcome to wear nice shorts in all
our restaurants.
Events
Our newest event, Norwegian’s
Night Out, is the perfect opportunity
to head to the spa for pampering
and then get dressed up for an
evening of cocktails, fine dining and
great entertainment. It’s your
chance to get your portrait taken
with your family, that special
someone or even the Captain. You
may also want to pack all-white for
our iconic White-Hot Party.
Dining
The atmosphere in the mid-ship
dining room, the buffet and most of
our speciality restaurants is
contemporary, so cruise casual
attire is perfect. For women, this
includes summer and casual
dresses, skirts, regular or capri
pants, dress shorts, jeans and tops.
Khakis, jeans, dress shorts and
casual shirts are fine for men.
Swimwear is only acceptable at the
buffet and outdoor grills, but a shirt
or a cover-up and footwear are
required. If you choose the more
sophisticated atmosphere of the aft
main dining room or Le Bistro, we
ask that men wear jeans or slacks
with a collared shirt and closed-toe
shoes. For women, it’s slacks or
jeans, dresses, skirts and tops. The
exception is on embarkation day
Good to know
Cool cottons are essential in tropical
regions; as the evenings can be
cooler, remember also to pack a
jumper or jacket. Also, warm items,
such as a sweater or a warm
waterproof jacket, will be needed on
the Alaska and Northern Europe
cruises. Please note that as
customary in the U.S., the
restaurants and public areas are
freshly air-conditioned. Of course
you can adjust the temperature in
your stateroom according to your
preferences. Remember to bring
sportswear and shoes for the fitness
centre. For days in port, comfortable
clothes and walking shoes are
appropriate. Please bear in mind that
your choice of clothing for Shore
Excursions should respect the
particular mentally and culture of
your host country and that some
religious sites require visitors to wear
clothing that covers shoulders as
well as knees.

What to know
Registering for activities
Parent(s) or guardian(s) must
complete a one-time registration
form for children/teens 3–17 years of
age. After registering, children/teens
are free to participate as often as
they like. The Norwegian Breakaway,
Norwegian Epic, Norwegian Getaway
and Norwegian Pearl feature the
E-Youth automated registration
system.
Sign-in/sign-out procedures
A parent or guardian is required to
sign their child(ren) ages 3–12 in and
out of the youth program. Parents or
guardians must have their key card*
(and on some ships the child’s key
card) ready for sign in and sign out.
ON BOARD
Please inquire with the youth staff
about special sign out authorization
for children 10–12 years old.
*In the event the key card is forgotten or
lost, a photo ID is necessary to sign the
child in and out.
Selecting authorized pick-up/
drop-off people
Parents or guardians can authorize
up to four people, including
themselves, to drop off and pick
up their child(ren). All authorized
people must be over 18 years old and
present a key card with a signature
upon sign in and sign out.
Diaper change
For children ages 3–5, youth staff
are not able to change diapers or
pull-ups. Therefore, we give parents/
guardians a beeper or handy phone
to alert them to the duty. These do
not work ashore, so one parent or
guardian is required to stay on board
when a child is participating in the
youth programme.
Special needs
Children with special needs are
welcome to attend the youth
programme. Parents of children
with special needs are encouraged
to contact our reservation team to
discuss the child’s interests or any
special requests.
Allergies

In most ports your ship docks right
alongside the quay and you simply
walk ashore. At a few ports, shown
with an anchor symbol on the
itinerary pages of our brochure, we
drop anchor at sea and you go ashore
in the ship’s small boats – called
tenders – which offer a
complimentary shuttle service to and
from the port.
In all ports of call it is the guest’s
responsibility to be back on board the
ship no later than one hour before
the ship’s scheduled departure time.
Please be aware that shipboard time
may differ from the time in the port
of call and that you need to follow
the shipboard time. In the event you
miss the ship, it will be your
responsibility to pay all expenses
incurred to rejoin the ship.

CAN I SMOKE ON BOARD?
The health and wellbeing of our
guests is important to us, so nearly all
areas throughout all Norwegian
Cruise Line ships are smoke free.
Guests setting sail on a Norwegian
cruise holiday are not permitted to
smoke in their staterooms nor on
their outside balconies. Any guest
that smokes in the stateroom or the
outside balcony will be charged a
cleaning fee of U.S. $ 250 per
stateroom to their on board account.
Smoking is prohibited in all bars,
restaurants, conference rooms,
corridors, WC, staircases and
landings. In an effort to diminish the
presence of smoke indoors, cigarette
smoking will only be permitted in the
casino by players, where ashtrays and
appropriate signage will be displayed.
Guests may utilise the enclosed cigar
bars on board Norwegian Breakaway,
Norwegian Epic, Norwegian Getaway,
Norwegian Gem, Norwegian Pearl,
Norwegian Dawn, Norwegian Jade,
Norwegian Jewel and Norwegian
Spirit for cigarette, cigar and pipe
smoking. Please check before you
sail. In addition, smoking cigarettes,
cigars and pipes in outdoor public
guest spaces and open decks is
prohibited, including near outdoor
venues which serve food, in open
spaces such as the jogging track,
sports complex, children’s pool and
in The Haven outdoor areas. On
Norwegian Breakaway and
Norwegian Getaway, smoking on the
Waterfront will be permitted on the
starboard side only, except by the
outdoor dining areas.
The smoking permission in declared
areas can be repealed temporarily,
for example during safety drills, the
preparation of shore leaves with
tender boats or during refuel.
ARE THERE ANY AGE LIMITS
FOR DRINKING ON BOARD?
MAY I BRING ALCOHOL ON
BOARD?
Guests under 18 years of age are not
allowed to purchase or consume
alcohol aboard our fleet. With
parental consent, guests aged 18 to
20 can purchase beer or wine for
their personal consumption when the
ship is sailing in international waters
(except Alaska and Hawai’i sailings,
where guests must be 21 years or
older to purchase and consume
alcohol of any kind). Parental consent
for alcohol consumption can only be
given on board, with the
accompanying parent or legal
guardian present to fill out the Young
Adult Alcoholic Beverage Waiver form
at the Guest Services Desk. Notarized
parental consent or any other
document filled out prior to the
cruise will not be accepted. Guests 18
years of age or older are permitted to
consume alcoholic beverages when
sailing on round-trip European
voyages without having to complete
the Young Adult Alcoholic Beverage
Waiver form.
34
ON BOARD
Guests 21 years and older are
allowed to bring bottle(s) of wine or
champagne aboard. When
consumed on board, there will be a
U.S. $ 15 corkage fee per bottle (750
ml) added to your on-board account.
Other alcoholic beverages and
liquors are not allowed to be brought
aboard for consumption. Any liquor
purchased in a port of call will be
stored for safekeeping and available
for pickup at a designated location
on the last evening of the cruise. The
Freestyle Daily newsletter will list the
location and time for pickup.
Norwegian Cruise Line encourages
the responsible use of alcohol and
accordingly reserves the right to
permanently or temporarily revoke
the drinking privileges of any guest
who violates Norwegian Cruise Line’s
Guest Code of Conduct or who is
deemed by vessel management as a
danger to himself or herself or
others. Continued abuse of alcohol
while sailing and/or violation of
Norwegian Cruise Line’s alcohol
policy may result in immediate
disembarkation.
35
Such short-term amendments are
always justified by serious
circumstances and are being
executed for your own safety.
WHAT ABOUT NOISE
LEVELS – IS IT QUIET AT
SEA?
Usually, the ships sail at night and
due to the operation of the engines
some staterooms – especially those
on lower decks – may be slightly
noisier than others. The same applies
to staterooms close to nightclubs,
lifts or staircases.
IS THERE A CHANCE OF
ROUGH SAILING? HOW
ABOUT SAFETY AND
SECURITY?
CAN THERE BE CHANGES
TO THE ITINERARY?
All Norwegian Cruise Line ships are
fully stabilised for the smoothest
possible cruising and we aim to plan
our itineraries to sail in regions at the
times of year when the seas are at
their calmest. Norwegian Cruise Line
adheres to the highest standards of
shipbuilding in the world. All our
ships meet the most current SOLAS
(Safety of Life at Sea) specifications.
Our ships also pass various annual
government safety and sanitation
inspections.
Any changes will be brought to your
attention prior to or with the
confirmation of your booking if
possible. For changes that occur
after you have received the
confirmation of your booking, please
see our Terms and Conditions.
Rarely, the situation occurs that
Norwegian Cruise Line needs to
amend the itinerary on short notice
in advance of or during the cruise.
On the first day of your cruise, you
will be asked to take part in an
obligatory life boat drill, where you
will learn what to do in case of an
emergency. In such an event, you
will be asked to go to your assigned
muster station (detailed directions to
the so-called “assembly station” can
be found on the back of your
stateroom door). We recommend
ON BOARD/AFTER THE CRUISE
that you always set your stateroom
TV to standby mode to obtain all
necessary information through a
special channel designated for
emergencies.
Our ships visit a large number of
ports in numerous countries around
the world. While it is unlikely, it is
possible to have a scheduled stop at
what has become a “trouble spot” in
terms of crime and/or war or terrorist
actions. Therefore, it may be
necessary to change the published
cruise or Shore Excursion itinerary.
Any such changes are for your safety
and beyond our control. While your
comfort and safety are our top
priorities, we cannot guarantee
freedom from all risks associated
with war, terrorism, crime or other
potential sources of harm. We
remind all guests that they must
ultimately assume responsibility for
their actions while ashore. It is
strongly recommended that guests
and their travel agents obtain and
consider information on local
conditions issued for example by
government institutions when
making travel decisions.
ARE VISITORS ALLOWED ON
BOARD
For security reasons, only ticketed
guests can gain entry to our ships.
WHERE CAN I KEEP MY
VALUABLES?
All staterooms and suites include a
safe for your valuables. Please note,
however, that Norwegian Cruise Line
is not and cannot be held responsible
for the loss of or any damage done
to valuables left in staterooms or
elsewhere on board.
WILL MY ELECTRICAL
EQUIPMENT WORK ON
BOARD?
The voltage on board is 110 volts and
partly 220 volts AC. For European
appliances an adapter may be
needed (U.S. norm). Some electrical
equipment requires special batteries.
Make sure to buy those at home,
because certain battery types may
not be available at some ports.
GUEST CONDUCT POLICY
To view Norwegian Cruise Line’s
Guest Conduct Policy in its entirety,
visit www.ncl.eu/guest-conductpolicy.
WHAT TIME DOES
DISEMBARKATION STARTS?
Upon arrival at the port of
disembarkation, customs and
immigration officials must clear the
vessel. This procedure generally
takes about two hours. Please ensure
that you have arranged for an
adequate flight time considering this
and the transfer time from pier to
airport. Wherever possible we offer
Freestyle Disembarkation, which
means that there’s no need to hurry,
so relax over breakfast and step
ashore. For further information and
the exact disembarkation time,
please see the Freestyle Daily
newsletter and the information sheet
which is delivered to your stateroom
closer to disembarkation.
The day before disembarkation you
can pick up coloured luggage tags in
36
AFTER THE CRUISE
the reception area that correspond
with the time you would like to leave
the ship. Please remember that times
are approximate. Fix the luggage tags
to the pieces of luggage that you
would like us to take off the ship for
you and place those outside your
stateroom door no later than
midnight. Don’t forget an overnight
bag for prescriptions and need-tohave items. Keep documents
(passport, proof of ID, airline tickets,
etc.) in your carry-on luggage. In the
course of the morning,
announcements will be made
indicating when each “colour” can
leave the ship. Please do not
disembark until your colour luggage
tag has been called. After leaving the
vessel, you may claim your luggage
at the pier. Lost or damaged luggage
must be reported to a Norwegian
Cruise Line representative prior to
leaving the customs area.
Furthermore, in some ports you can
take advantage of our “Easy WalkOff”. This means you can leave the
ship as soon as it is cleared by local
authorities, carrying all your own
luggage off the vessel.
WHEN DO I SETTLE MY
ACCOUNT?
The night before disembarkation you
will receive a statement of your
on-board account listing all your
expenses. Please check this invoice
carefully. Any complaints should be
brought up prior to disembarkation
at the reception desk. In case you
have registered a credit card, the
amount due will be debited
automatically, which means that on
the day of disembarkation you don’t
37
have to check out at the reception
desk but can simply leave the ship
with your key card. Please note that
any purchases made after your final
statement was issued will not be
charged automatically to your credit
card and you will have to pay these
extras at the reception desk on the
day of disembarkation. An exception
to this are items from the minibar
consumed on the last evening of the
cruise which will be charged to your
credit card. Should you have paid the
deposit in cash, you will be refunded
the remaining part of your deposit at
the reception desk in U.S. Dollar.
TRANSPORTATION
If you have purchased a transfer with
us, you will be taken to your hotel or
directly to the airport. In case you
have not booked an organised
transfer, rental car stations and taxi
services are usually available at each
pier.
