RENTAL AGREEMENT INFORMATION
Payment and Security Deposit:
A security deposit is required to equal to 50% of the total
rental cost at the time of securing of dates. The full
rental price is due upon pickup. Security deposit will be
returned within ten days of costume return, after
inspection of returned items.
Late Returns:
Late Return fees will be assessed beginning on the day
following the Return Date at a rate of 5% of the rental
cost per day, until and unless such date is within two
weeks of another rental, at which point 50% additional
rental cost is assessed, and if the late return results in
cancelling another rental, the cost of that rental is
assessed, which will be no less than 100% of the total
original rental cost to renter’s group.
Cancellation:
In the event an order is cancelled, a cancellation fee will
be assessed as follows: 60 days prior to rental date—
25%, 59-31 days prior to event—50% , 30 days or less
prior to event 100%.
A full Rental Contract will be provided at time of rental
pick-up.
