EDITORIAL
R+T South America is an offshoot of the most important
market meeting for roller shutters, doors/gates and internal/
external sun protections in the world. It carries out
editions in Turkey, China, and Germany, which in 2015
celebrated its 50th edition and received almost 900 exhibitors
and 60,000 visitors.
The event’s debut cooperates with continued development
of the industry, despite the times of economic turmoil.
According to estimates from the Brazilian Association
of Roller shutters, Curtains and Awnings (Abrape), that
segment generates an amount nearing US$2bn per year.
