Delivery
Freight is calculated on the total weight of the products ordered to the
country destination nominated, whether Nationally or Internationally.
Depending on the size of your order, this is either a metric weight or a cubic
weight.
Shipments leave our warehouse daily, and most orders placed by 12:00 pm
EST on business days will be processed and shipped that day subject to
stock availability.
In the majority of cases both within Australia and internationally, we use
the Australia Post eParcel courier service.
The eParcel system used within Australia enables us to track your parcel
from despatch to delivery. Australia Post requires a signature upon delivery,
if no one is home at the time of delivery a notification card will be left in
your post box. Your parcel will then be taken to your local post office to
await collection.
