We went back to the origins of movement and
recaptured it at its essence. KINESIS works
efficiently by requiring muscle stabilization during
each movement, while also encouraging free
movement through a full range of motion. As a
result, Kinesis helps improve balance, flexibility

three-dimensionally while providing resistance to

3D PULLEY SYSTEM

KINESIS incorporates a patent pending 360° rotating
pulley system which facilitates movement on three
planes. This system allows the user to move freely

COMPATIBLE
INTEGRATED SOFTWARE
An optional touchscreen PC built into the Kinesis wall
offers a simple way for users to select and view over 450
movements. This is a useful tool for instructors to use as
reference during a class or training session, or for members
to navigate independently.
MULTIMEDIA Programs
To help users get the most out of our equipment, we
provide a variety of multimedia programs to satisfy the
needs of a diverse clientele.
The programs provide a structured approach to learning
Kinesis movements for both group or personal training
formats. Our choice of programs is wide and everexpanding to help you make the most of our Kinesis
opportunity. Available through multimedia tools, on site
sessions and/or online training through the Wellness
Institute.
