outline of the steps we follow with each client.

Project Definition - in this phase you will meet with one of our project experts either in our showroom or by phone. In this meeting we will review your project,
your brand your timeline and your goals. Our focus is to ensure we understand
your vision of what your are hoping to achieve for your customers and your
business.
Product Selection - Based on your objectives and budget we will help you identify
the best product selection for your skin care line. We encourage you to test our
products all made of natural and organic botanical based active ingredients. If we don’t offer what you are looking for, we will work to source products from our
roster of registered, high quality suppliers.
Scenting Options - While many of our products have a wonderfully natural scent
from the organic and natural ingredients used, we understand the importance of
offer different and beautiful scents for bath, body and some skin care products.
We source scents from reputable North American suppliers offering a wide range
of essential oils and pthalate free fragrances.
Packaging Options - A key component to the success of your new line will be the
packing you choose. We source a wide range of quality recyclable PET, glass and
aluminum packaging choices for our clients. We will present you with the best
options available to meet your budget and branding goals.
Labeling Options - We offer several options for labeling depending on the
packaging you chose and your budget. You can choose from our high quality cost
effective four colour water resistant labels, digital press, flexo press printing, pad
stamping or screen printing. Our project specialists will work with you to provide
you with the best option to meet your needs.

M
ost bath, shower, spa and body treatment products are available for custom
scenting. We carry a large selection of stock fragrance oils from which you can
choose. We also offer scenting for skin care protocol products, but most often our
clients request these unscented.
The majority of the fragrance oils we carry are phthalate-free formulas. We also offer
a wide array of essential oils, however, due to the variable price of essential oils,
additional fees may be required.
Don’t see what you are looking for? As with our packaging, just ask us. We will be
happy to source alternative fragrances or oils for you (additional fees may be required).

BODY FIRMING MILK LOTION
A total body moisturizer with firming and toning action. Softening oils of grape seed, sunflower, sweet almond and shea butter give
the performance of a cream. Natural olive based Squalane is highly effective in decreasing dryness, smooth scaly skin and creates a
hydrating barrier to reduce transdermal water loss. Extracts of gingko biloba and olive leaf, blended with white, green and red teas;
offer a high level of polyphenol (anti-oxidant) properties, functioning as free radical scavengers. Enriched with vitamin E and vitamin B3 (niacine) which is becoming more important for skin repair. Glaucine is the ingredient that stimulates lipolysis, which helps

ur commitment to you is to work with you and your team to develop the best quality and most
beautifully packaged products taking into consideration your branding, strategy, order size and
budgets. The following outlines our terms and conditions and some of the finer details of our service
delivery. If you question is not answered here, please contact us.
Timing:
If you are placing your first order, please allow 4-6 weeks for product delivery. for product re-orders please
allow 2-4 weeks. While we focus on fast turnaround times for services, this allows us time to work with
you on product selection and labeling. Also, due to the organic and natural ingredients of our products,
they are made fresh to order, to provide you and your clients with adequate shelf life.
Set Up Fees:
$25 per product type. This includes the setup and testing of labels (although does not include the design)
and sourcing of packaging and any non-stock scents. This amount is a one-time charge, is payable at the
start of the project and is non-refundable.
Minimums:
Most products come with a minimum order quantitiy of 12 items per product.
Shipping:
We ship globally. Our preferred courier is FedEx, if you prefer to use your own currier you may make arrangements to have your purchase picked up from us. If you prefer to use our courier we will provide you
with a quote once you confirm your order.
Taxes and Duty: Applicable taxes and duty are in addition to prices quoted on our pricing schedules.
Returns:
Due to the customized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns and, as such, all purchases
are final sale. We offer samples of all of our products and fragrances – we encourage you to try them out
prior to purchase! If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us - we will
do our best to make it right!
Damages/
Claims:
Any damages caused during the shipping of the products must be reported to the carrier and Pravada
within 7 days of shipment receipt.
Payment:
We accept cheque (upon approval), Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We require payment of all
setup fees and 50% of the product costs at time of order. Please note that if you decide to pay by cheque,
we must receive the cheque prior to the start of production of your products. The remaining 50% will be
due upon receipt or in the case of credit card payment, will be billed at time of shipping. Any late payments will be subject to a 1.5% finance charge per month.
Labeling:
Pravada advises each of our customers to follow the lawful and responsible practice of compling with
federal, provincial, state, and local cosmetic labeling laws and regulations. While we will assist you in this
area, you are responsible for final copy and design of your label.
Samples:
We encourage you to sample our products! Each of our products comes sample packaged for $3.95 each.
