GrandStand is one of the largest retractable banner
stands on the market. The GrandStand comes in
two standard widths and allows for substantial
height adjustments. The GrandStand unit is selfcontained in an aluminum case. The aluminum casing has shoulder strap slots for easier carrying. The
GrandStand sets up in seconds. It has two rotating
feet for stability and the telescoping pole is equipped
with a twist-lock so the height of the graphic can be

The Summit is a portable banner stand with a three-piece telescoping pole and spin-lock mechanism
which allows for an adjustable mast and panel height up to 96”. Just open the carrying case, put the unit

from pole and screw in thru base plate, attach the

coin can be used to secure the base. The Retailer

The print-on-it process gives you the ability to print on sintra, outdoor
banner material, positionable vinyl to name a few of the substrate
options. This process uses the technology of UV direct printing to different substrates. With the print-on-it process of printing graphics straight
to substrates your imagination is your only limitation. Print on black,
white and clear substrates.
Substrate Options
.020 Styrene & .040 Styrene is one of our most economical substrates. It’s great
for formfitting graphics onto curved areas, and great for use with displays that use channel
systems.
1/2” or 1/4” or 1/8” Sintra is a durable substrate and comes in a range of thicknesses to choose from. This substrate is the best choice for permanent use and long term displays.
3/16” & 1/2” UltraBoard is a great choice for lightweight presentation graphics. Attaching an easel back for stability is
great for short term use. UltraBoard is very durable and accepts ink better, than comparable lightweight substrates, resulting in a
much deeper image. Its stock colors are black and white. Special order colors consist of red, blue, black surface with white center
fill and white surface with black center fill. It is recommended that this substrate only be used in dry indoor environments.
12oz. Saturn Banner material is the best choice for outdoor use. The vinyl material is great for grand opening, sides of
buildings, announcing special community events and much more. Any situation that you have used a vinyl banner for in the
past can be achieved with the Saturn Banner material, and an image from our print-on-it process. This material has a six month
guarantee not to fade under normal circumstances
Controltac Positionable Vinyl is designed for use on projects where you need to apply your image to contoured surfaces. If needed this material can be repositioned or adjusted to achieve the best display of your graphics. Once your graphic is in
position just squeegee it into place for long term display.
1/8” PETG is a high-impact, co-polyester material. It is more durable that other clear substrates.
PETG is FDA compliant, so
it can be used in medical and food applications. It stands up to radiation and
chemical sterilization techniques without changing color. This substrate is a great
choice when clear substrate is required.
Custom Cuts is the printing of graphics on rigid substrates with the printon-it process then cutting shapes that are non-rectangular. With Custom Cuts
you can add cut out features to displays like Truss or Wing panels & Headers for
Extrusion kits. Enhance your display with cut out shapes for products, equipment, people and places. Self standing cut outs with easel backs or cross pieces are
available.
Coroplast is the best substrate for short term outside use. This substrate
design accepts your metal yard stakes for displaying yard signs like real estate
signs, use at golf outings, directional signs and many other outdoor event needs.
Not recommended for full bleed graphics. A 1/2” non print border is strongly
recommended for ideal quality and durability.

Silicone Edged Graphic system (SEG) of sewing silicone strips (welting) around the perimeter of
the graphic. The graphic edge inserts into the groove on the perimeter of the frame to create a

Installation: It is important to insert graphics into each
corner of frame then the sides. If this is not done your
graphics will not fit correctly into the frame.
STEP 1:
Start corner A, turn edge of graphic so
silicon welt is perpendicular to faceof
graphic. Insert narrow side of welt with
fabric to outside into the channel.Do
the same for other side of this corner.
STEP 2:
Follow step 1 for opposite corner
C, then corner B, then corner D.
STEP 3:
Once all corners are inserted, start on
one side pressing silicon edge
intochannel from outer corner working
toward the center. Make sure welt is
fully inserted into channel and smooth
out edges of graphic.
