VOLANTE Verkleidungssysteme GmbH has been a international supplier
for interior furbishing of rail vehicles since 1998. With our well-trained
and highly motivated workforce we produce modern high-quality
interiors for railway vehicles in our two sites.
For various new construction or refurbishment projects well-known
manufacturers are delivered with our products. We use all types of
materials ranging from plywood, HPL sandwich panels, altered compact
HPL with PUR casts, artificial stone up to metal parts and upholstery
work. We are proficient in developing, producing and delivering
components from floor to ceiling on the basis of system specifications.

We operate a well-equipped machinery with
lots of CNC-machines and produce everything
from raw material up to finished assemblies
ready to be installed. Because of our knowhow of materials, bonding techniques, PUR
casting technology and CNC technology we
are able to produce complex system products
meeting all requirements of modern railway
vehicles.
In addition to standard materials used for
interior design (plywood and HPL) we also use
mineral compounds and foam sheets as well
as honeycomb panels and aluminium laminate.
We develop, calculate and test ideas from
design up to the perfect solution ready for
serial production. Meeting tight time schedules
and offering a perfect cost-performance ratio
while still delivering high-quality products are
