Guide for registration in AsknLearn LMS and access
Ntrix Parent Portal
1. Log in to AsknLearn LMS via https://lms.asknlearn.com/RVHS and click on “Login as a parent”
to start.
2. In the Parent Log In panel, key in your child’s IC no. (upper case) for User ID and your
password. For first time log in, the default password is parents (lower case)

3(a) For first time log in user, complete the following registration process and key in your
password following the security design below:




At least 7 characters and not more than 10 characters
Must have at least 1 upper case
Must have at least 1 lower case
Must have at least 1 numeric digit

Cannot be your IC number
Examples: Aknt1235, bHl12g34, cD8912FJ etc
Follow the security
guidelines for the
password
Update all necessary information to get the following panel as confirmation of completion of
registration process.
3(b) For exisitng user of LMS, click on “My Account” to start to change password to security
design requirement.
Click on “Password” to reset your password based on the following security design:




At least 7 characters and not more than 10 characters

Must have at least 1 lower case
Must have at least 1 numeric digit

Cannot be your IC number
Examples: Aknt1235, bHl12g34, cD8912FJ etc
Key in old password
Key in new password by following
the necessary requirements and reenter it again to confirm the new
password
If the password is ok, you will notice the full “green” coloured bar in the indicator:
Click on “Save” to obtain the following screen:
4. To access nTRIX Parents Portal, log in again to AsknLearn LMS with the new password.
In the home page, click on “Links”
5. Click on the icon Ntrix for Parents to activate the Ntrix parents portal
6. If you encountered the following pop up page, you will need to key your old password (or IC
no.) for the “Current Password” and the new LMS password for the “New Password” to set up
the link to Ntrix Parents Portal.

Clicklon “Update” to activate
the change of password
Note that upon successful completion of this step, user can then access
Ntrix with single log in password for the LMS system and using the link
provided.
