Bill Conrad was born and raised in San Clemente, California where he grew up
surfing the beaches, skiing the local mountains, and watching the beautiful
California sunsets. Bill Conrad has lived in Orange County for over 25 years and he
understands the beauty and tranquility that Orange County has to offer. He has
personally witnessed its transformation into a diverse, fun, and family orientated
area.
With Bill’s experience and enthusiastic attitude, he has proven invaluable to every
seller. Bill’s daily responsibilities include overseeing the marketing of every property,

presenting the property’s best features and benefits.
We will mail, fax, or email the information to the top brokers in town. If possible, perform a broker preview in the first week.
