La struttura è aperta tutto l'anno,
ha una superficie di 30.000
metri quadrati, è a due passi dalla
spiaggia, sia libera che a pagamento e confina con un vasto parco
pubblico dotato di piscina coperta,
tre campi da tennis, bocciodromo,
campo da calcetto e attrezzature
di svago.

l’anno, è situato sul lungomare di
Porto Sant'Elpidio, in una zona tranquilla e ombreggiata, con superficie
di mq 30.000. Spiaggia riservata
e spiaggia libera confinanti con
campeggio; 60 piazzole dotate di
prese di corrente e posto auto; 118
appartamenti a schiera in muratura
da 2 a 6 posti letto tutti dotati di
telefono diretto, cassaforte e TV.
The Village Le Mimose is open all
year. It’s located on the seafront of
Porto Sant'Elpidio, on the adriatic
coast, directly on the beach (private
and free), with a total surface of
30.000 square meters; 60 pitches
with electricity and car aprking,
118 terraced apartments in masonry from 2 to 6 beds all equipped
with telephone, safe and TV (same
with air conditionating).

a pianto ottagonale, per convegni
ed eventi. Il Villaggio dista 2 km

del campeggio, dispone di 25 lussuosi
villini di 50/55 mq. tutti dotati di
riscaldamento, aria condizionata, telefono, cassaforte e tv. All’interno della
corte un padiglione in legno, a pianta
ottagonale, per riunioni, convegni,
mostre, feste di compleanno e serate
danzanti.
Gli appartamenti sono dotati di
servizi igienici con acqua calda,
cucina monoblocco con 2 fuochi e
frigorifero, stoviglie, pentole e posate.
Viene fornita biancheria da letto con
cambio settimanale. Non viene fornita
biancheria da cucina e da bagno.

Campingplatzes, verfingt über 25
Luxus Apartments zu 50/55 M2 alle
mit Heizung, Klimaanlage, Telefon,
Safe und Fernsehen. Im Innern ist
ein achteckiger Pavillon, geeignet für
Tagungen, Veranstaltungen, Feste,
und Tanz-Abende.
Die Appartments sind ausgestattet haben 1 Zweitbettzimmer, 1
zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten u. einen
Wohnraum mit Küchenecke mit 2
Herdplatten, Kühlschrank, Geschirr,
Kochtöpfe und Besteck, Badezimmer
mit Dusche, WC u. Warmwasser, .
Bettwäsche wird zur Verfügung
gestellt mit wöchentlichem Wechsel.
Handtücher und Küchentücher
werden nicht gegeben.
