APU FOUNDATION PROGRAMMES
APU Foundation (Pre-University) programme is designed to help those with SPM, qualifications to
develop the skills and knowledge to progress into the first year of degree of choice.
Throughout the programme, our academic staff will advise you on the options available at each
stage of your university degree study.

JPA Bursary Programme 2016 for Pre-University and Foundation programme is a scholarship.
All Bachelor Degree’s programmes is a convertible loan.
Repayment of the loan depending on the criteria's based on student’s employment status
upon graduation:

Government Link Companies –75% scholarship
Private Companies–50% scholarship
Unemployed / working abroad -100% full repayment
•Students are required to study locally for their Bachelor Degree’s programmes
ACADEMIC GRADES REQUIREMENTS
& ALLOWANCE
•
Upon Completion of the Pre-University / Foundation programmes, students are to obtain
minimum CGPA of 3.50 to further continuing the Bachelor Degree’s programmes under JPA
scholarship / loan.
• Monthly allowances of RM430.00 are included for Pre-University & Foundation level.

• Triple Sharing Room @ RM220++ per person
• The accommodation deposits fees are
WAIVED for all JPA scholars @ APU
