Clothing has been purchased (besides camp and staff t-shirts). This includes ponchos, winter coats and boots that are personal
apparel and should be not be purchased by the park district. Once the next day shipping option was selected costing $17.98– these
are not work boots! A poncho was shipped to Maureen Jekot’s home address There is nothing on the receipt for a jacket about
embroidery.

Many orders are delivered to Maureen Jekot’s home address in Kenosha including one for a kayak. Why would the park district
have a single kayak when there is a summer program – it would be logical to have several kayaks. In a 2016 meeting board

In February 2014 headphones were purchased with no receipt. A few months later a headphone case for Bose Bluetooth
headphones (for listening to music) was purchased through paypal from parkmyauto a company in the United Kingdom. Could it be
a coincidence that Maureen’s daughter, Megan, listed on her Facebook page that she was going to school in the UK at the time
this was purchased!

From 1/2011-12/2014 over $4000 was spent on staff awards. Most of this was gift cards and there is no record of who they went
to and no taxes were collected. It is questionable how many gift cards were purchased by adding them to a purchase. The Daily
Herald questioned a purchase of six blankets from Green 3 for $177 that was delivered to Maureen Jekot’s home. A purchase from
Walgeens has a $50 gift card added to the purchase. There is another purchase from Urban Anthropolegie for $216. This
transaction is complicated as it was shipped to Maureen Jekot’s home, the amount is hand written, and parts were backordered,
others gifts and still others for personal use (is there a record of a reimbursement?).

From 1/2011-12/2014 nearly $6600 was spent on staff meals. It is disturbing to see a charge for coffee at a gas station. There are
many charges at this station although gas is purchased from Warren Township. The Daily Herald wrote about a meal at Saluto’s
for $288 and was told it was a meal for 40-45 people. Three meals were purchased that day! That is very cheap for a meal for 4045 people and there is no record of who was there. A meal for 37 was held at the Country Squire for over $1300. On December 21,
2013 two beef tenderloins were purchased and the Daily Herald was told it was for a staff Christmas dinner. Could it have been
someone’s Christmas Day dinner? The board claims that they approved these meals but what about a number of charges for $10?
A staff meeting requires at least two people, a meal for two at a fast food restaurant costs more than $10. This was for a single
person!

allowance and is the only employee to receive this. Why Laura Milkie is receiving a gas reimbursement is a mystery. For
conferences they rent a car. There are several reimbursements for an even amount – any receipts?
