The TD516 is a compact trommel screen and stockpiling unit designed for urban
and entry level users. The TD516 is robust and economical to run and can
screen/stockpile 2 products. Its portability allows it to work in confined spaces and
also where larger, heavier screens would find it impossible to manoeuvre. The
TD516 consists of a crawler track base, variable speed feed conveyor, 1.35M x 5.15M
Trommel drum, powerunit, and 2 integral variable speed stockpiling conveyors. It
has a pendant remote control system or can be operated by radio remote control if
desired.

The feed hopper is 3.2 m³ with 3 ply 950mm (36”) wide variable speed belt.
TROMMEL DRUM
A high performance 1.35M x 5.15M (5’x16’) Trommel Drum featuring 4 lifter bars and 3 wrap
around mesh sections that are bolted to the outside of the drum for ease and speed of
changing. The drum also lifts completely out of the chassis for changeover. The drum angle
is adjustable from 0 to 4 degrees and has 3 brush sections for cleaning the meshes.
DRIVE
Self contained engine, with aluminium and cast iron hydraulic pumps, and cast iron motors.
