2009 Brought Great Things...
What a year! 2009
brought our family so much
joy in so many ways!
Things to Remember:
• Check your child’s
“cubbie” for extra
clothes. Let’s
make sure they
are warm weather
clothes.
Of course our baby Chase
was born in March of 2009
and with him our
family feels complete! Three boys
is what we always
wanted, and
“boy” did we get
it!
• Make sure we are
wearing appropriate shoes for the
weather.
• Bring a pack of
wipes to share if
your child wears
diapers.

In June Luke
and I celebrated
our 6th year of
marriage and 9
years of being
together! My
goodness. It
really doesn’t
seem that long.
In September Luke and I
began the process of buying
a new house. Our first home
purchase! What a rocky
road that was, but we made
it through and are so happy
with the house we bought!
We love it!
Settled in our new house,
with the kitchen remodeled
and the rooms coming together, almost being able to
call it complete, is a fantastic feeling. And all the while
with day care going on!
You parents are the greatest. You stick it out with me,
even through “the demolition” times. What more can I
say about my day
care parents, you
all are the best
and you are the
reason I hang in
there each and
every day and do
what I do! I love
you guys! Thank
you for being a
part of our family
and a part of our
year!
Let us all make
2010 even better
and with wonderful
memories to share with our
families for years to come!

A Proper Introduction...Ms Nathia Rivera
I want
to properly introduce our
very own
Ms
Nathia!
Nathia
responded to a post I made
in need of a day care assistant. She was so qualified I
questioned why she would
want to come help me, her
response…”I love teaching
children!”
Ms Nathia has a 2 1/2
year old daughter named
Eva and she and her daughter have traveled all over
the world.
Nathia has been a nanny
here in Portland. She has
also helped tutor classrooms full of students in
several other countries.
Nathia is also a short time
away from her Engineering
degree.
I’m very happy Nathia is
here with me and I expect
her and I to do great things
in the coming year!
