“I really appreciate the effort that everyone went to make my weekend special. I thought all my Christmas’ had come at once when I was told I would get to rock climb, abseil, canoe and gorge walk – all in one weekend! All the activities were brilliant, Paul and his company were really friendly and efficient and I felt very confident with them (even when we were at the end of a rope with a 5 storey drop underneath!)” Multi activity weekend “Met loads of new friendly people. Many good activities and challenges which inspired us to do things we never thought we could do. Friendly instructors were there to help us every stop of the way.” Multi activity weekend “Would absolutely, definitely recommend Inspire2Adventure; we are looking forward to returning next year” Activity day “I thoroughly enjoyed the weekend and achieved more than I thought I would.” Activity weekend outdoor adventure activities inspire consulting and coaching is registered with the AALA (Adventure Activities Licensing Authority) as licensed to provide specified activities. A chance to try an action packed adrenlinizing day in the Wye Valley trying three high level adventure activities. Your instructor will take you to the top of the rock face and teach you the techniques to successfully and safely scale the cliffs. You will abseil down, controlling your own speed whilst attached to a safety rope you will be able to walk or jump down the rock face. In the afternoon we move to a purpose built ropes course. Using similar techniques to the morning you will attempt three high level challenges. The trapeze involves jumping from a platform in the trees and catching a trapeze bar before being lowered to floor. As you build in confidence the distance jumped can be increased. The high allboard requires nerve and balance as you will climb the wobbly pole and then stand on top of the pole with one or two friends for support. The final challenge involves scaling a tree to approximately 40 foot and then being launched down the zip wire, flying through the trees. £80 adults, £60 children You start your weekend of action packed activities in the Wye Valley by meeting your instructor and fellow adventurers. The first activity will be rock climbing, scaling the limestone cliffs overlooking the Wye valley. A variety of routes to suit all ambitions. During the afternoon we will be open canoeing down the River Wye including the descent of the Symonds Yat rapids. Day two starts with mountain biking. Once we have ascended up through the forest there are a multitude of tracks and purpose built trails for you to explore led by your experienced guide. Your final activity is orienteering.
