Morteza Alborzi Shihan has the 8. dan and more than 40 years experience in mar al arts. He’s president and chief instructor of the World
Kanzen Budô Kai Federa on, member of the U.S.A.N.K.F. Coaching Commi9ee and cer fied referee. He holds black belts in Okinawan
kobudô, Shotokan karate, Okinawan goju-ryu, kendo, iaidô und tae kwon do. Alborzi Shihan is directly responsible for the training of more
than 17.000 students worldwide, of which more than a thousand are black belts themselves. Alborzi Shihan started his training in kanzen-ryu
karate-do in Iran under Shihan Houshang Etehad (8. dan; captain of the Iran karate na onal team) and under the founder of kanzen-ryu karate Shihan Dr. Farhad Varasteh, 10. dan. He lives in Los Angeles and teaches at the W.K.B.K.F. interna onal headquarter in Beverly Hills. He
was na onal champion from 1973-1987 and a member of the na onal team for more than 14 years, of which he was the captain for 8 years
and coach from 1983 ll 1987. He’s a tournament veteran with ranking results in more than 900 championships. He’s won many pres gious
prices like: 4. place European Championships (1976), 3. place at the Asian Chamionships (1976), 3. place at the W.U.K.O. World Championships in Japan. Shihan Morteza Alborzi has three gold medals (kata, kobudô, kumite) in the AAU na onals and another one in the U.S.A.K.F.
na onals. He was the US team's chief coach at the 5. World Championship in Hungary in December 1996. He's responsible for the training of
hundreds of na onal and interna onal champions.

Kyoshi Morteza Alborzi is the General Director and Chief Instructor of World Kanzen Budô Kai Federa on, United Karate Federa on and
USA Mar al Arts Center. He is a 8th degree black belt and holds black belt ranks in Shotokan, Shito-Ryu, Goju-Ryu, Kan Zen Ryu, Okinawan Kobudô, Kendo, Iaidô, Judo, and Tae Kwon Do.
He was a Head coach of IRANIAN & USA Na onal Karate-do Federa on, and a World Karate Federa on (W.K.F.) cer fied Judge. He has a
B.Sc. degree in physical educa on and has graduated from the U.S. Olympic Commi9ee coaching course.
His achievements include over 900 championships, training over 17,000 students worldwide, resul ng in over 1000 black belts, more
than 2000 na onal and over 200 interna onal champions.
