choice because of their brightness, Trijicon also offers two color options for the rear dots:

The light is provided by glowing tritium gas-filled lamps which are fully
warranted up to twelve years for the green or yellow rear dots and up to five
years for the orange dots**. And, Trijicon night sights feature a white outline around
the glowing dots for the highest possible daylight visibility.
