Boston Education World`s 2012 Thanksgiving Programs
Boston Education World’s 2012 Thanksgiving Programs 11/17/2012 – 11/25/2012 for High School Students You are invited to Boston Education World’s 2012 Thanksgiving Program (11/17/2012 – 11/25/2012). Boston Education World (BEW) is a professional member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA), and is founded on the president of BEW’s 15 years of experience in education, systematized statistical data, and close relations with prestigious private schools in the greater Boston area. Most of our students have been admitted to high ranking private secondary schools, such as Phillips Academy, as well as universities, such as Harvard University. We have prepared a Thanksgiving program again this year so that students can become equipped with strategies, skills, and exercises for the SAT and contests that will enable them to stand out in their applications. In addition, we have other activities, such as a campus tour, a presentation on College Application Process and Strategy, sports, voluntary service, shopping, and a trip to the Boston Symphony Orchestra, so that students will be able to release their stress and have a great time during the break. Furthermore, given a varied and nourishing diet with Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and Western cuisine as well as our staffs’ thorough guidance and control, students will be taken good care of throughout the safe, effective, and enjoyable Thanksgiving program. Below is a general schedule of the program. bostonedu.org2 2012 Thanksgiving SAT Program (for High school students) 11/17(S) 11/18 11/19(M) 11/20 11/21 11/22(Th) 7:00 - 7:30 am Rise and take a roll call 7:30 – 8:30 am Breakfast 11/23 11/24(S) 11/25 9:00 – 9:30 am Placement Vocabulary Test Vocab Test Vocabulary Test 10:00 – 12:00 am Test SAT1 Reading / SAT2 Math or Physics Prep-Test SAT1 Reading / SAT2 Math or Physics 12:00 – 1:00 pm 1:00 – 3:00 pm Lunch Placement SAT1 Writing / SAT2 Math or Physics Test & 3:00 – 5:00 pm review Harvard Tour Prep-Test(Real SAT problems) / Private tutoring 5:00 – 6:00 pm 6:30 – 8:30 pm 8:30 – 11:00 pm 11:00- pm SAT2 Chem/ Biology/ History SAT2 Chem/ Biology/ History/ Prep-Test(Real SAT problems)/ Private tutoring Thanksgiving Dinner Dinner SAT2 Chem/ Biology/ History SAT1 Writing / SAT2 Math or Physics SAT2 Chem/ Biology/ History SAT2 Chem/ Biology/ History Study Hall Movie @AMC Burlington 10 @Cheeseca ke Factory Dinner SAT2 Chem/ Biology/ History Presentation on College Application Process/ Meeting with IVY students BSO SAT2 Chem/ Biology/ History Study Hall Bed time The activity plans (after 5 pm) can be changed due to weather or other conditions. bostonedu.org3 This program is designed to help students prepare for not only the SAT but also other contests such as The Scholastic Art & Writing Awards and American Mathematics Contest (AMC 10&12).
