Q: How long will my Fun Factor party last?
Your party will be booked for a 2 hour period.
Your kids will be kept busy throughout the entire time!
Q: How do I Book my party & what is required?
You can either book your party online or via phone.
When you book online you receive $5 in free tokens!
FREE Party invitations are available in store for pick up an extra detail you don’t have to worry about!
Q: Can I bring my own food & cake?
Yes! Unlike other places who charge extra to
bring your own food, we encourage it! We’ll even
store your ice cream cake in our freezer to keep it cold!
Q: I have 2-Party Gift Certificates, can I use both at once?
Unfortunately, only one certificate may be used for each
birthday booking. All Party Gift Certificates
MUST be reserved in advance by calling us.
Our “Birthday Guest Parties For Free” promotion does
NOT apply when a gift certificate is used unless there are
5 PAYING Guests in addition to the guests on the certificate.
Q: Is there a minimum amount of people I should have
and is it true the birthday person is FREE?
Yes! The birthday guest doesn’t pay - providing your
party has our required minimum of 5 PAYING Guests and
no “Party Gift Certificate” is used*
(*unless there are and additional 5 PAYING Guests
