SPA ETIQUETTE
In order to maintain our relaxing and quiet atmosphere, we kindly ask you
to keep a soft tone of voice and respect other guests’ right to privacy and
tranquility.
Young ladies and young men over 16 years old are welcome to enjoy the
SPA facilities if they are accompanied by a parent.
For their own safety and in order to preserve the quietness of the SPA,
children are not allowed in the SPA.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or modify a treatment please call us at least 12
hours in advance. Any cancellation with less than 6 hours notice will
result in a 50% fee. No shows and late cancellations will result in the
full charge of the scheduled treatment.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
We kindly request you to inform us of any health condition, allergy or injury
which could affect your service, when making your SPA reservation.
ARRIVING
We kindly invite you to arrive 15 minutes early, in order to have time
to check in, fill out the necessary forms, and prepare for your
treatment. You may use the bathrobe and slippers you will find in
your Hotel room. The elevator descends to the SPA floor. Arriving late
will take away precious minutes from your treatment, as each session
will be finished exactly at the scheduled time as a courtesy to the next
clients.
Guests are requested to wear a bathing suit and/or a bathrobe in
common areas.
Bathrobes, towels, slippers and amenities will be provided upon
request by our SPA team.
