Dear Jeremy Golf & CC Members,
Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a great Holiday Season and is
recovered from New Year’s! We have just finished off a great 2013 season
and we are looking forward to an even better 2014! We have many new and
exciting events being planned for the upcoming season. The Golf & Social
Calendars are almost set and will be emailed out in the February newsletter.
In January, we have the following events planned. Please sign up early:

Member dining also re-opens on Thursday, January 9th. Come in and welcome our new Executive Chef Kristy
Wallace to the Jeremy Family. Check out her bio in this month’s newsletter. We also want to wish Felipe good luck
on his new career in the cockpit! As for the restaurant, we will be serving lunch and dinner Thursday, Friday and
Saturdays from 11:00am to 9:00pm. Sundays, we are opening at 8:00am, so meet here at The Jeremy before you go
hit the slopes and have some breakfast. Sunday hours are 8:00am to
4:00pm.
As many of you that live close have probably noticed, Tom and his crew
have been out working on our greens daily. Unfortunately, the first snow
storm of the year started out with a lot of rain before turning to snow. The
rain turned to snow and iced up on our greens. Tom has been very proactive
and we are seeing some success in their effort.
The Simulator is up and running as of the 9th, I can’t wait to see you all here
taking advantage of this great winter time activity.….Remember, watch your

Happy New Year! The golf shop winter hours are Thursday and Friday 9:00am to 8:00pm
and Saturday and Sunday 9:00am to 5:00pm. We are ecstatic to open the 2014 winter with
new great memories and a line-up of events that will be exciting for everyone!
If you are looking for a new outfit for that trip down south or for golf lessons from one of
your PGA golf professionals please stop in and see us. All clubs are priced to sell and our
Saturday & Sunday sale racks have items as low as $5. If you have a club or shirt in mind that is not in stock,
9:00 am - 5:00 pm please let us know and we can special order the item for you.
Our state of the art TruGolf simulator will be in the conference room this winter and tee
times can be made one week in advance. This simulator allows you to make full swings
throughout the winter and play some of the top courses in the world. We have 50 courses
and a driving range to choose from on the simulator and the weather is always sunny.
Men’s and women’s net and gross tournaments, demo days, lessons and contests for all
members will be held throughout the winter months. The activities on the simulator will
begin on Thursday, January 9th and tee times can be made one week in advance.

Winter
Winter Golf Activities
We are looking forward to another fun winter with our TruGolf
simulator, that will be available to use in the conference room
on Thursday, January 9th. We will have weekly contests for
everyone, net and gross tournaments for women and men,
demo days and lessons available throughout the winter!
The weather will always be perfect and we can have your
favorite football game on for an overall great experience. For
more information on the simulator feel free to go to
www.trugolf.com and select Technique Pro. The member usage fee will be $10 per player for a round of golf and range time
and $20 for an accompanied guest to play a round of golf and
range time. A ten punch pass can be purchased for $90. Please
call the golf shop with any questions.


Jeremy Welcomes Chef Kristy To The Family
Chef Kristy grew up surrounded by the sights and smells of her traditional Midwestern
kitchen. At an early age, she was helping her Bohemian and Belgian parents prepare
duck, walleye, perch, blue gill, trout, rabbit, pheasant, venison, kolache's, belgian pies
and several other delights. Chef Kristy is notorious of her creativity and appetite for
knowledge of anything culinary. Kristy achieved two Associate Degrees in Culinary Arts
and Restaurant and Hotel Management at Fox Valley of Appleton Wisconsin in 2004.
While indulging in her passion for travel and her search for knowledge of Americas best
cuisine, Chef Kristy has had the opportunity to work in Wisconsin, Colorado, Vermont,
Montana, Virginia, Wyoming and Utah preparing local cuisines at resorts and lodges to
fine dining establishments. Most recently Chef Kristy has left the big city of Salt Lake
where she held the position of Executive Chef at the Hilton to become the Chef at Jeremy Ranch Golf Club and get back to the mountain lifestyle she enjoys.
Having studied Continental American, Mexican, Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Italian, and Vegetarian cuisines Chef
Kristy has bridged the gaps among these worlds. Chef Kristy has gained the ability to create dishes from many
facets of the culinary world. She excels in fine dining, refreshing and simple European bistro style food, homestyle comfort cooking, as well as upscale catered affairs and banquets.
