Spark re-engages underserved seventh and eighth grade students, keeping them on track and ready
for success in high school and beyond through workplace-based apprenticeships that uniquely
combine mentoring, project-based learning, skill building and career exploration.

Discovery Night
Due to the generous support of investors and multiyear funders such as The Lenfest Foundation, Spark
Discovery Night is Spark’s largest annual event in
which students and their mentors showcase their
unique career-discovery projects and celebrate the
culmination of the program year.
