Preface
KMS has been designing, building and tuning high
performance engines for a wide variety of applications
for more than 20 years. Using different brands of inlet
systems during the beginnings of the company,
KMS decided to start developing and producing their
own range of intake systems, the KMS throttle bodies.
KMS is involved in the production of the intake systems
from beginning to end. That is why KMS is able to
guarantee a constant high quality at an affordable price,
enabling KMS to cater directly to our customers specific
wishes and demands. All accessories for the intake
systems are also made by KMS ranging from airhorns
and levers, to throttle linkages and inlet manifolds.
This KMS throttle bodies catalogue provides information
about our range of throttle bodies and accessories.

The Twinbody Basic is supplied with lever

The Twinbody is a direct replacement for the Weber DCOE Carburetor. It is the most costeffective and straightforward solution for upgrading your standard production engine.
There is a range of bore sizes available, straight or tapered. The Twinbody Basic can
be completed with airhorns, fuel rails and throttle linkage.

The Singlebody can be configured with a wide range of levers, fuel rails and
airhorns. Singlebodies are available in different bore sizes (straight or tapered),

The Porsche set is a complete replacement for the carburators for the
porsche 2.0, 2.2 and 2.4 litre engines. The set contains two feul rails and is
supplied with al the levers. The porsche throttlebody set is designed for the original
throttle control and airbox. These can be fitted straight on the throttlebody set.

The IDF and IDA Throttlebody are direct replacements for the IDF and IDA Weber carburator.
The only difference is the distance between the bolts from the intake manifold.
That’s why the IDA throttlebody is therefore mounted with a longer lever.

The ETC Conversion Kit* is able to turn every throttle body setup into an electronic throttle controlled setup.
Electronic Throttle Control has many advantages and features: RPM idle control, automatic cold start control,

The aluminium Airhorns are designed for an optimal airflow. The flanges are made from billet
aluminium and have a self-locking design. You won’t lose the airhorn. The airhorns are
available in lengths from 30 to 90 mm in all the available Throttlebody diameters.

A sub lever always has the spring attached.

RETURN SPRING
Each throttlebody needs a return spring. The soft springs are
used for the singlebodies, the hard springs for the twinbodies.
A left spring goes with a left lever.
LEVER COMBINATIONS
The sub levers can be supplied in 2 different lengths,
short and long to cope with the different cylinder distances.
The lengths of the main lever can be shortened to suit the application.
