The Brackenborough Hotel is an independent, family run AA 3*
hotel sitting in a peaceful location on the edge of Louth and the
Lincolnshire Wolds. We pride ourselves on being flexible and

Rooms As Individual As Your Event
Tennyson Suite
This is our largest room, capable of seating up to 170, or
220 for an informal buffet.
A stand-alone facility,
complete with its own private bar/reception area, outdoor
patio and landscaped grounds, kitchen and toilets, this
room gives the ultimate in privacy for your special event,
as well as all the mod-cons you may require – dancefloor,
PA system, multi-control LED lighting to name but a few.
Signature Suite
Set within the hotel, the Signature is the perfect choice for
parties requiring a more cosy venue. Complete with its
own private bar, dancefloor, and also outdoor patio area
with built-in barbeque, it is perfect all year round. It also
adjoins another of our function rooms so if needed, the
room can be opened up and increased in size to
accommodate numbers of up to 90, or 150 for an informal
buffet.
Minster Suite
A perfect venue for an intimate dinner-party style event,
or secluded family party. Capable of seating up to 28, with
views of the private patio, which is also available for
guests to enjoy, this is a beautiful room for more modestsized groups to enjoy.
Bemrose Suite
For a fun, informal gathering of up to 10-12 people, the
Bemrose Suite offers a budget-friendly option. Enjoy the
comfort of luxurious sofas and chairs whilst tucked away at
the back of the hotel ‘away from it all’ – this gorgeous
room is perfect for baby showers, coffee mornings, cosy
get-togethers and small cocktail parties.

Conservatory
Our airy, spacious conservatory within the main bistro is
ideal for dinner parties, afternoon teas or birthday
lunches for up to 30. The room can be fully closed off
from the main bistro, whilst still ensuring you the
exceptionally high levels of service we view as standard.
Outdoor Entertaining
For those summer events where you’re looking for the
wow-factor, what about an outdoor party? Our patios
have ample seating and garden to ensure your guests
have the best of both worlds, whilst you still have the
indoor room just in case the weather doesn’t play ball.

Terms and Conditions
•Provisional bookings are held for a maximum of two weeks only, and will then be automatically cancelled without notification.
•When confirming a booking, please note that we require the quoted deposit within 14 days to guarantee the event. The booking form must
also be completed, and accompany payment.
•Full payment of the invoice must be made 4 weeks in advance of the event otherwise the hotel reserves the right to cancel the event and no
payments made to the hotel will be refunded.
•When making your initial booking and completing the booking form please consider your numbers attending very carefully as
only a drop in numbers of up to 15% will be accepted in reference to the final invoice on both (i.e. Booking form 80 people
stated, minimum charge on final invoice 68.)
•Upon cancelling your event the following charges will be levied, excluding the non-refundable deposit:
o Cancellation less than 12 weeks before the date of the event 100% of the total price.
o Cancellation between 16 weeks and 12 weeks before the date of the event (both dates inclusive) 75% of the total price.
o Cancellation between 26 weeks and 16 weeks before the date of the event 50% of the total price.
•Ultimate final numbers are to be confirmed 72 hours in advance with the hotel, these are the numbers that will be catered for.
•All food and drink must be purchased from the hotel. Due to the terms of our license, any persons found bringing their own alcohol onto the
premises will be escorted out and may result in the function being closed.
•Regular contact must be maintained with the hotel through the duration of the booking.
•All bars will close at 12.30am and the function will close at 12.45am prompt. Due to licensing restrictions all non-residents are to leave no later
than 01.00am, after which time a residents-only bar will be operated.
•The hotel reserves the right to close the bar at any time if it feels there is sufficient cause to do so.
•Any damage caused to the hotel by any of the event attendees will be the responsibility of the persons who booked the event and may result in
charges being incurred.
•The prices listed in this brochure are for the year indicated only. Due to circumstances beyond our control or market influences the hotel
reserves the right to withdraw certain menus or products without prior notification and/or change menu prices accordingly. Prices in this
brochure are inclusive of VAT at the rate of 20%. All accounts will be charged on prices ruling at the time of the event, with any subsequent
increases in VAT being chargeable.
•Please note, hotel accommodation is available to book live online and as such we cannot guarantee availability of rooms. It is the responsibility
of individual guests to book promptly and provide appropriate confirmation.
• All coach pick-ups (and Drop-Offs) must be carried out in the hotel car park.
• No Chinese lanterns may be set off from the premises.
• If you opt not to have our disco, then your own disco choice must be approved by Oak Ridge Hotels once the proof of Public Liability has been
supplied.
•Fireworks are permitted, but must be organised by a resgistered company, and Pubilc Liability and insurance documents must be supplied to
and approved by the hotel.
•Any external contractors must provide proof of Public Liability and contact the hotel at least 1 month in advance.
