Paula Wallace
Emerald Services is a division of Greene & Associates, a mechanical contracting firm performing plumbing & HVAC for
commercial facilities for over 20 years. The owner, Charles E.
“Chip” Greene, is 3rd generation working in the industry in
middle Georgia with 30 years experience.
In an effort to provide better service to our clients we have
decided to create a separate service division, Emerald Services, dedicated strictly to commercial and residential service
for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. We have implemented flat rate pricing so that we are able to tell our customers up front what the cost of the repairs are going to be. Also,
we are expanding into providing residential service as well as
offering services such as whole house humidifiers, outdoor air
conditioning theft determent systems, HEPA filtering systems
for HVAC systems as well ionization systems to better eliminate airborne viruses, mold, etc.
Emerald Services has teamed up with two leading manufacturers in the HVAC and plumbing industry for systems replacements--Bryant Air Conditioning and Bradford White Water
Heaters.
Paula Wallace is the manager for Emerald Services. With 14
years of experience managing service oriented companies,
Paula will help Emerald Services better serve the residential
and commercial markets. We would appreciate the opportunity
to provide plumbing, heating or air conditioning solutions for
any apartment, business, or home.

all members. Since February is the month of love, we want to know who
hearts MGAA most?

1. Apartment Community/Management Company with the most in attendance
2. The associate member/s who tags the most people to attend. (Associates
-tag as many managers, leasing, and maintenance people you can. All they
have to do is write down your name. So call them up and get them to come!)

Costs
Associate Members $300.00 per table. This includes two company representatives,
booth and meal. For each additional rep(s), please enclose $25.00.
Non-Associate Members $620.00 which includes two company representatives, booth,
meal and also your membership dues for 2012. For each additional rep(s), please
enclose $25.00.
Sponsorships
Bar Sponsorship (2 Available Openings): This sponsorship includes being placed at
Booths: 28 or 29. Your logo will be included on Signage above the bar. The cost of this
sponsorship is: $235.00 plus your table fee.
Photo Booth Sponsorship (2 Available Openings): This sponsorship includes being placed
at Booths: 1 or 31. Your logo will be included on Signage above the photo booth. The
cost of this sponsorship is: $225.00 plus your table fee.
Shake Bar Sponsorship (1 Available Openings): This sponsorship includes being placed at
Booths: 11. Your logo will be included on Signage above the shake bar. The cost of this
sponsorship is: $200.00 plus your table fee.
Registration
If you have a location preference, please mark it on the
enclosed diagram and return with the enclosed registration
form on or before April 10th. Be sure to enclose a check for
the appropriate amount. Upon, receipt, we will contact you
to confirm the availability of your table location.
Theme
Decorate your booth in an “Fifties or Sixties Movies/TV Theme” theme
(Examples: Grease, Happy Days, Bonanza and Gunsmoke) and you
could be a winner for best
decorated booth.
Drawings
Each Associate Member is encouraged to bring a door prize. Winners of
the door prizes will be announced at 7:30p.m.
Attendees
All Middle Georgia Apartment Association members and Non-members to include
apartment owners, regional managers, on site managers, maintenance personnel and
leasing consultants. There is NO charge for attending the show. This should greatly
increase participation. Please make your reservation no later than April 10th to Susan
Hewett at [email protected]. We need your reservation to plan for food.
The Trade Show is available to all paid Associate Members and
Non-Associate Members who would like to join the Mid Georgia
Apartment Association. Only Associate and Non-Associate
Members who have purchased a table will be able to attend the
Trade Show. We encourage all current Associate Members to
take advantage of this opportunity to display your products and
services.

What is Maintenance Mania?
Maintenance Mania is a national competition where maintenance
technicians are able to compete against each other in various skill-based
games. The games are focused on frequent maintenance issues, plus
one race car building competition.
Competitors participate in events to win various local awards. Local
winners then have a chance to compete in the National Championships
held at the annual NAA Education Conference & Exposition. Listed
