Flexam FT875 Finishing Touch - table model
Technische data
Sanding machine, specially usefull to correct custom insoles.
Equipped with a long abrasive belt which runs on a low noise
disc. The FLEXAM construction (the motor is placed on the
back) allows you to have a lot of free space between the
scouring belt and the tools on the right. On the right, the
bajonet fitting makes exchanging tools very easy. FLEXAM
has many different tools to offer, allowing you to give the
finishing touch to your work. Choose for example the
Podologica tool. This machine runs on single phase 230
Volts, so it can be used anywhere. On the back is the
connection to an ordinary dust extractor. The dust bins are
easily removable so very easy to empty. The machine runs
smooth without much noise. Four rubber feet on the bottom
make the machine free of vibrations.

Worktable FTW100 - for placing FT875
The FTW 100 is a complete worktable with fume extraction,
the possibility to put a vacuum cleaner inside and a top unit

Compact S 75 single - without naumkeag
Professional sander, 75cm wide (approx 30 inches), fitted with
a bayonet connection on the left and a 100mm wide scouring
belt with diameter 100mm (or indicate if you want diameter
170mm free of charge). With naumkeag motor. A common
used option is the 2nd bayonet connection on the right, which
allows you to use the machine with extra 2 tools on the side at
the same time without exchanging them. The machine has a
low noise level and has a powerful internal dust extraction, but
can also be fitted with an external connection. The free space
behind the sanding belts is enlarged, so you will not touch the
backside during your work. The machine is equipped with a
safety switch and is powder coated in light grey Ral 7035 with
second colour yellow, but you are free to choose the second
colour free of charge. Powered triple phase, 400 volts with red
connector 16A CE-5P. On request also deliverable in 1 phase
230 volt.

Flexam Undercover 100
The Undercover 100 is used in the orthopaedic shoe
technique. This machine is designed and built especially for
the use in hospitals and fitting rooms. This machine has
everything that is necessary for making small corrections.
Suppose, you share your location in the hospital with other
para-medics. It is annoying to leave your equipment, where
others will have problems. Often it is even not allowed. When
you are just occasionally in the hospital, we recommend the
new Flexam Finishing Touch FT 875. However, if you work
regularly, it would be nice if you could leave your equipment,
without hindering others.
From now on, you can! Especially for those employees, we
developed the Flexam Undercover 100. You will have all tools
available and it will safe time. The unit comes including a glue
table with activated carbon filtration, lighting, a long sanding
belt sander, a naumkeag as well as a bayonet for all kind of
tools. Also an air gun belongs to the basic equipment. There
is no need for triple phase power supply, so a normal single
phase connector will do the job. The cabinet can be closed
easily after work has been done.
