Single-use: Vac-U-Form Single-Use formliners are made from a high-impact styrene
plastic. They are a cost-effective choice when formliners are to be used once or need
to be cut to fit the project parameters.

Single Use
BrickMaster is manufactured in our
innovative elastomeric urethane
formulation; it is stronger yet more
flexible than any other product on the
market. It provides design flexibility
and eliminates the need for grinding
bricks as it adjusts to variations in brick
sizes and will accommodate any brick
manufacturer.
Using our revolutionary, single use
BrickMaster gasket system will provide
you with the most economical and
efficient way to add a brick veneer to a
tilt-up structure. Labor savings are a
fraction of the cost of other systems:
no more sacking and patching,
reduced stripping costs, reduced
concrete leakage and virtually
seamless grout lines.
Our exclusive seal system holds each
brick securely during the placement of
concrete. And it can be used again and
again thus reducing in place costs.
BrickMaster gaskets are available in a
variety of brick sizes including Modular
(13 x 111mm), Utility (48 x 111mm),
Closure (48 x 111mm), Norman
(13 x 175mm), and Flemish. All universal
patterns are offered, including Running
Bond, Stacked Bond, Soldier bond, and
1/3 running bond. Custom patterns can
be manufactured such as arches and
basket weave.
Unlike other systems, our 1220 x
1220mm interlocking panels allow for
faster assembly, especially with multicolor layouts and designs. It provides
a barrier between the concrete and the
slab and can be trimmed to fit with an
ordinary pair of scissors.
The flexibility of the gasket adjusts
to variations in brick sizes, virtually
eliminating the need for grinding, and
allows the choice of brick from any
manufacturer. Custom designs, running
bond and stacked bond are all available.

GrayLastic elastomeric formliners are
manufactured from 100% polyurethane
and are usually mold bonded to plywood.
They are easily attached to most concrete
forming systems, including wood, steel,
aluminum and fiberglass.
Many patterns are available in sizes up to 30’ long, and all GrayLastic formliners can be
easily field-cut. Odd sizes or custom fabrications are available for special applications.

FiberLyte™
Reinforced fiberglass Formliners
for precast and cast-in-place
applications
FiberLyte is well suited for large geometric designs with high relief and is frequently
used for custom art projects and special effects. For example, pier columns, bridge
railings and sound walls are applications where FiberLyte’s lightness and design
flexibility typically are put to full advantage.
FiberLyte formliners are produced in lengths up to 12.2m. It is also available in
standard, smooth panels measuring 1210mm wide and up to 12.2m long.

specifications and will perform as represented, provided that the concrete construction practices
used are in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and installation instructions.
Manufacturer assumes no responsibility for the adhesion of elastomeric liners to plywood when this
work is performed in the field. Manufacturer assumes no responsibility for any damage to Formliners
due to the improper use or application of a form release agent. Seller’s and manufacturer’s obligation
under this warranty shall be limited to refunding the purchase price or replacing that portion of the
material proven to be defective.
Fitzgerald Formliners makes no other warranty expressed or implied, including, without limitation,
warranties of fitness or merchantability, with respect to its products.
Architect/Engineer Short Form Specification:
All concrete surfaces designated in the engineering plans or specifications as “textured architectural
concrete” shall be formed using Fitzgerald Formliners (Insert Product and Pattern Number). No
substitutions will be allowed without prior written approval from the project architect or engineer. Any
substitute product must be submitted two weeks prior to the bid date.
Formliner usage, mock-up, storage, handling, fabrication, preparation and installation to comply with
Fitzgerald Formliner’s written instructions and recommendations. Refer to Fitzgerald Formliners’

the manufacturer’s recommendations and installation

work is performed in the field. Manufacturer assumes
no responsibility for any damage to formliners due to
the improper use or application of a form release agent.
Seller’s and manufacturer’s obligation under this warranty
shall be limited to refunding the purchase price or replacing
that portion of the material proven to be defective.
