Lifetime Installation Warranty Zobo.tv guarantees each installation with a lifetime warranty on all audio, video and power cables installed by Zobo.tv technicians. Zobo.tv will correct any and all defects in the warranted cables and wiring at its sole cost and expense. The Lifetime Installation Warranty is limited to original customers and does not cover damage caused by users, subcontractors, or acts of God, such as floods, lightning and tornadoes. The 180-Day Manufacturer Warranty Assistance program, or the optional 4-Year Hot-swap Guarantee, covers all furniture, speakers, and electronics purchased from Zobo.tv. Equipment provided by customers or other service providers (i.e. Time Warner, DirecTV) is not covered by any Zobo.tv warranty, even if installed by Zobo.tv technicians. 180-Day Manufacturer Warranty Assistance Zobo.tv is an authorized retailer for all merchandise sold in its stores. All purchases, with the exception of floor models sold “as is,” come with full manufacturer warranties. Zobo.tv will assist customers, at no charge, with manufacturer warranty claims for 180 days after installation or delivery. Merchandise picked up by customers is not eligible for coverage. Zobo.tv will arrange for repairs to be completed in the home or will remove the merchandise for service. The 180-day Manufacturer Warranty Assistance DOES NOT include the installation of “loaner” equipment to keep the system operational while the faulty equipment is being serviced. All repairs are completed by authorized manufacturer service centers. Therefore, Zobo.tv cannot guarantee or forecast the length of time required to complete the repair. After the 180-day period, customers are responsible for paying Zobo.tv service fees and any expenses associated with the repair of equipment. The 180-Day Manufacturer Warranty Assistance is not available if the merchandise has been moved outside the Greater Charlotte market. 4-Year Hot-swap Guarantee Zobo.tv customers may purchase four years of protection from system failures. The 4-Year Hot-swap Guarantee provides these benefits: No waiting for repairs—Zobo.tv “hot swaps” gear to reduce down time Peace of mind—Complete protection for 4 years No hidden fees, deductibles or prorated coverage—Just a one-time fee Professional service—All repairs made by manufacturer service centers Save money—Most plans cost significantly more than Zobo.tv’s service Money back—Receive full in-store credit if the service is never used YES Initial & Date I Want This Service and Agree to these Terms NO Initial & Date I Decline the Offer for 4-Years of Protection Terms of Service Zobo.tv will replace faulty receivers, DVD players, surge protectors, remote controls, speakers, and subwoofers with products of equal or similar features and functionality, though not necessarily of the same brand or model. Replacement products may be new or refurbished. Zobo.tv may remove rear projection TVs, plasma TVs, and projectors from the home for service. If removal of the TV or projector is necessary, Zobo.tv will install a “loaner.” The loaner may not be the same model, brand, size, or resolution as the unit being removed for service. The original TV or projector will be reinstalled after its repairs are complete. Plasma, LCD and DLP TVs must exceed manufacturer specified limits for pixel failure before qualifying for replacement. Zobo.tv will repair furniture in the home or provide a suitable replacement if Zobo.tv, at its sole discretion, determines repairs cannot be made. The 4-Year Hot-swap Guarantee protects customers from defects and failures resulting from faulty workmanship and materials, not normal wear or damage resulting from abuse and neglect. Limitations and Disclaimers The 4-Year Hot-swap Guarantee is valid only in the Charlotte market. For systems installed by Zobo.tv technicians, the service agreement is valid only for the original installation location. The service is non-transferable. The service agreement does not cover plasma burn in or damage resulting from abuse, neglect, or acts of God, such as lightning, or flooding. Changes made by the customer to the programmable remote control will void coverage for the remote control. Exclusion of DLP/LCD Bulbs and Filters No Zobo.tv warranty or service plan covers user-replaceable consumables such as bulbs and filters in DLP or LCD TVs and projectors. Zobo.tv sells and installs, for a fee, user-replaceable bulbs and filters (see Zobo.tv Service Fees). Customer Service Policies Delivery Policy Initial & Date I Have Read & Agree to the Policies Customers may have products delivered to their home for a $99 delivery fee. Deliveries are made only on Fridays. Purchases must be made no later than Wednesday for delivery on Friday. On Thursday before the delivery, Zobo.tv will attempt to contact customers to provide a two-hour delivery window. These telephone calls will be made between 8 am and 12 pm. Zobo.tv will first attempt to contact customers at their mobile phone numbers then their home phone numbers. If no answer, Zobo.tv will leave a message at both numbers. The message will include the delivery time and a request for the customer to call and confirm the appointment. Customers must call Zobo.tv (704-506-9859) by 3 pm that day (Thursday) to confirm the delivery. If the appointment is not confirmed, the delivery will be attempted the next week. Zobo.tv technicians will place merchandise in the house as directed by the customer. Zobo.tv technicians will level consoles and armoires to ensure the doors properly open and close. Televisions will NOT be unboxed or installed. Customers have the right to refuse product due to damage or defects in workmanship and materials. Customers must inspect all merchandise for damage before the Zobo.tv technicians leave the home. Claims of damage made after technicians leave the home will not be accepted. Pick-Up Policy The Zobo.tv Warehouse is open for customer pick-ups from 9 am to 4 pm Monday- Friday, except holidays. The Zobo.tv Warehouse is located at 10405-F Granite Street in Charlotte, NC. A 24 hour notification must be given. Customers must present 1) the original Sales Order, 2) check or credit card/charge account receipt, and 3) valid photo ID to pick up merchandise. Zobo.tv will not release merchandise without all three items being present. It is the customer’s responsibility to load the merchandise into his/her vehicle. The Zobo.tv Warehouse does NOT have staff to assist customers with loading. Zobo.tv does NOT provide tie-down materials such as rope or straps. Cancellation Policy Customers will receive a full refund from Zobo.tv if they cancel their order within 72 hours of purchase. Cancellations made after 72 hours will be charged a 10 percent restocking fee. Orders CANNOT be cancelled on the day of installation or delivery. Special Order Items, indicated on Zobo.tv Sales Orders, cannot be cancelled or exchanged. Refund Policy Refund checks will be mailed, or credit card/charge account(s) credited, within 10 business days for cancellations and 15 business days for returns. Return Policy for Furniture Customers have the right to return furniture (i.e. armoires, seating) within 10 days of delivery. This does NOT include furniture that contains televisions/projectors, speakers, receivers, DVD players, surge protection, or wiring installed by Zobo.tv technicians (see “Return Policy for Installed Systems”). Customers must first contact their sales person to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Customers must then return the furniture in the condition that it was delivered. Returns may be delivered to the Zobo.tv Warehouse at 10405-F Granite Street in Charlotte, NC, between noon and 2 pm on Fridays, excluding holidays. Zobo.tv will pick up returns for a $179 fee. Pickups are made on Wednesdays and follow the same procedure as deliveries. A 25 percent restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Additional fees may be charged if returned with damage. Return Policy for Installed Systems Systems, or parts therein, installed by Zobo.tv technicians cannot be returned or exchanged after installation. At the time of installation, customers have the right to refuse product due to damage or workmanship. These claims must be made BEFORE the Zobo.tv technicians leave the home. Zobo.tv reserves the right to make repairs in the home or exchange it. Return Policy for Electronics Zobo.tv does not accept returns of any electronics, speakers or surge protectors. Zobo.tv may assist customers with manufacturer warranty claims per Zobo.tv’s 180-Day Manufacturer Warranty Assistance program. Zobo.tv Service Fees Zobo.tv charges a $75 trip fee plus $75 per hour per man (or $110 per hour for a two-man crew) for all service calls that are not covered under the “90-Day Manufacturer Warranty Assistance” program or the optional “4-Year Hot-swap Guarantee” plan. Full payment is collected at the time of service.
