IWK is able to maintain more than 95% Level of Service in resolving sewer related issues by customers. Our approach towards sewer maintenance include Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance and Refurbishment of Sewer. Innovative solutions is continuously applied to manage sewer maintenance activities. Integrated sewer management system is progressively explored.
