Universal Glow Plug Elements Extractor Kit
Safely removing broken glow plug tips / heating elements.
When removing extremely burned-in glow plugs often the element
breaks off and is stuck in the glow plug shaft bore to the combustion
chamber. In very unfavourable circumstances breaks the tip below
the glow plug sealing seat. The glow plug tip is then barely visible
and can definitely not be grabbed by any tool.
With this tool a thread is cut in the stripped tip, which subsequently
can be removed with an extraction spindle.

Recall because of brake problems Chevrolet / Vauxhall
Chevrolet / Vauxhall call, because of possible brake problems, 49,000 cars in the workshops. In the
affected vehicles is in the factory the wrong brake fluid been filled according to "kfz-betrieb online".
In the workshop the brake fluid and if necessary also the ABS module is replaced. For this are a maximum
of 140 minutes budgeted.
The following vehicles are affected:
Aveo and Kalos '09 till '11, Epica '08 till '10, Lacetti and Nubira of ‘07 and '08, Matiz and Spark '07 till '09
and Captiva from '07 till '10. Also the Vauxhall Antara, which is identical to the Captiva.
For a professional and time-saving repairing is reservoir adaptor nr.61A p/n80646100 needed, which is
often not available in the Chevrolet and Vauxhall workshops.

Push Out Kit for the Aluminium 4 Link Front Axle
First the hex head is drilled led by the drill sleeve. Afterwards the
hex head is removed with the special drill without drill sleeve and
the remains of the bolt is drilled to the size of the punch. The
punch pushes now in the centre of the bolt within the suspension
arm. This way the bolt end is not compressed (expanded), which
otherwise often prevents pushing it out of the aluminium body.
