4. On any products, production will not begin until confirmation of all designs are
signed off on.
5. All purchasing must be conducted by a nominated delegate from the club and all
orders are to be sent through via e-mail with an order number.
6. Any quality, delivery or general problems that may arise should immediately be

7. New Player order/Re-cuts for SC Sublimated Jerseys are to be placed before
every Monday of the week for delivery in two weeks.
8. A mid-year review will be required to asses the performance of the contract.
9. Upon settlement of proposal an agreement must be signed by both a club official
and Sports Centres Managing Director.
10.Sports Centre’s sponsorship to your club is reliant on the purchasing of full
on field apparel, merchandise range, soccer equipment and medical supplies.
Medical will also have individual reward packages offered to suit your clubs needs.
11.Sports Centre will be recognised as a sponsor of the club
