OfficeBridge utilizes a web browser interface, making configuration simple and independent of
computer operating systems. OfficeBridge includes the network card for easy low cost connection.
Using your familiar web browser interface also makes OfficeBridge intuitive and simple to use, so all
staff can benefit from OfficeBridge straight away with the minimum of training.
OfficeBridge is supplied for a single one-time cost, no user licence costs or renewal charges, unlike
some network fax and printing options.

OfficeBridge increases the functionality of your MFX2000 series at low cost.
This connectivity application expands the capabilities
of the MFX-2000 series with network print, network
scan, internet fax, desktop fax, scan to e-mail and
workflow management capabilities-all in one powerful
business machine.
OfficeBridge capabilities include:

Our interactive address book allows for effortless transmission to
multi-recipients.

Voice Guidance
The MFX-2000 series give you audible guidance on how to enter speed
dials or clear paper jams. Complex operations are easy with Voice
Guidance.
When the OfficeBridge is installed, the voice guidance announces when
scanning, PC-FAX reception or printing operations are completed.

● New information is visually notified by the InfoMonitor. Clicking the
button on the Pop-up automatically lets the client log-in.
InfoMonitor provides real-time alerts to the client:

● Coverage Editor allows users to create custom cover pages and
upload them to the MFP or use them during the desktop fax process.
