A Hope… A Chance… A Reality…
Excerpts of letters from our patients
“Our most sincere and deepest gratitude go to
Dr. Santiago L. Padilla and his entire staff at the
Fertility Center of Maryland in Towson. Their expertise,
support, patience and guidance were paramount in
making our long awaited wish come true.”
V.L.
“From the very first time I walked into your office
I was greeted with a warm and friendly reception
not just from you, but from everyone in your office.
Your team really goes beyond the call of duty when
it comes to their work and patients, and for that
I’m grateful. I’ve always been told that the in-vitro
process was stressful beyond words, however, your
caring and commitment to your work made every
step smooth sailing. Words will never be able to
express my gratitude.”
S.S.
“There may be bigger fertility centers, but there are
none better!! Thank you all again from the bottom of
our hearts…
N.F & A.F.
“We’ve tried to write this letter for so long looking for
the “perfect” words of thanks but it seems that mere
words cannot express the gratitude we feel for the two
gifts you made possible for us to receive. Without your
caring expertise and individualized technological support
our two little miracles would not have happened. We
just wanted to thank you from the bottom of our hearts
for delivering the gift of life. So with sincere appreciation
and gratitude for the work that all of you caring and
special people do, please accept our heart felt thanks
for helping our two precious little bundles make their
wonderful entrance into this world. We can’t imagine
life without them. Thank you for bringing us the joy that
fills empty hearts and lasts a lifetime…”.
S.T.
“I just wanted you all to know that with every patient
you treat, whether with or without success, you all
have played a part in ultimately helping us become
mothers through your good bedside manner, encouragement, personal stories and good counsel.”
N.L.D.
“Your staff also helped in keeping us going. We’re so
glad we did not give up. We have two wonderful
children, and we could not be happier.”
K.R. & P.R.
“I want to thank your staff for the excellent treatment
I received during my IVF. The entire staff made me
feel comfortable and took the time to answer all of my
questions. I was especially nervous just prior to my
retrieval and transfer. The nurses took the time to
calm and reassure me. It is a refreshing change to call
your doctors office and speak directly to a nurse and
not have to wait hours for a return call.
I am so thankful that we were referred to a
wonderful fertility center. If I have family or friends
that need the services of a fertility center, I will refer
them to your office.”
