The lush green tones of Lumicor’s Woodland décor wonderfully accent the
natural elements throughout the office, creating an aesthetically pleasing
environment.
During installation a frame system was used which allowed for the securing of
the panels and the custom configuration shown above.

Panageries Interior Design was hired
to create welcoming atmosphere
that would put patients at ease when
entering the Carolina Dermatology of
Greenville office. Specializing in bringing
the beauty of the outdoors to interior
spaces, designer Cynthia Hughes Masters
often uses Lumicor
products to help incorporate nature into
the spaces she designs.
In the waiting area of Carolina Dermatology of Greenville, Masters used Paper
Leaf framed in a gently curving wall that
mirrors the curve of the building façade.
The Lumiclear™ panels create a warm
glow from the light of the offices to the
waiting area beyond, providing both
privacy and a beautiful ambient light
source. In front of the reception desk a
kidney-bean shaped header, mirrored in
the floor tiles, features Pearl Milan panels
that softly illuminate the space and further the connection with nature.
The design intent for this space was to
create an atmosphere which was harmonious with nature, rather than the traditional clinical feel. The use of Lumicor
Paper Leaf and Pearl Milan panels, complemented by the muted, earthy tones
of the wood, metal and stone Masters
used throughout the space, create an
elegant and sophisticated palette which
is sure to ease all patients of the Carolina
Dermatology of Greenville office.

Lumicor panels have reinvigorated the Birmingham office of CB Richard Ellis, a
property consultancy, providing a stylish design and high impact corporate branding.
As part of the growth of the company, the CBRE offices underwent a major remodel
and “workstyle review.” This included an expansion of the reception area, where
Lumicor panels were given a prominent position behind the front desk.
The Muraspec design team worked closely with CBRE to create a design which was
both aesthetically pleasing and clearly demonstrated the company’s logo. The selected
décor, Crystal Recycled Glass beautifully reflects the light, catching eyes of passersby.
High caliber silver letters denote the CBRE logo, which were mounted to the resin
panel and then enhanced with strong green LED lights. The combination creates a
strong visual impact and brings a whole new meaning to corporate branding.

Understanding the importance of
sustainability, the designers chose
Lumicor’s Blue Topaz Recycled
Glass to help qualify the project for
LEED certification. Not only does
the décor contain up to 100%
post-consumer content, the soft
blue crystal adds a great splash of
color to the space. The interior and
exterior of this 93,000 sq. ft. office
building are LEED.

Revitalize the existing cafeteria to
create a welcoming environment for
both students and faculty.
CHALLENGE
Optimize visibility within the cafeteria
to create spaces that serve different
functions while maintaining unity.
SOLUTION
Aesthetics and function combine in
the College of DuPage Student Resource Center cafeteria renovation.
Lumicor panels illuminate the space,
adding both color and vitality. Project
Manager, Jay Johnson, used Lumicor
transparent wall panels “throughout
the space to offer full visibility with
functional separation”. Lumicor is
also used in the ceiling panels to
create a cloud-like effect when backlit. In both applications, the colors
selected for the Lumicor panels play
off the “Ocean color scheme” with
a vibrant palette of blue, turquoise,
seafoam and purple, creating a
calming atmosphere.

GOAL
To use Lumicor to accent the building’s natural setting and utilize green
materials.
CHALLENGE
To create a spectacular design feature
in a 3-story lobby with floor to ceiling
windows that is visible from passing
foot traffic.
SOLUTION
A combination of Lumicor’s Madagascar with Seafoam was selected
for this stunning application. The
installation consists of three oversized
wall mounted panels in the main
entry and along the top floor railings.
The panels are edge lit with fluorescent tubes along the wall panels and
LED lights along the hand railing. At
night, the panels appear to glow from
within, creating and eye-catching and
welcoming feature.

Signaling the grand opening of the
Cabot Circus development in Bristol City
Centre, the refurbished Pravins Jewelry
store has incorporated stunning Lumicor
panels within its design to create a
striking and dramatic impact.
The goal was to design a store layout
that blended in with the modern surroundings and created a more contemporary look and feel.
To compliment the walnut veneer and
warm golden honey shades, Lumicor’s
Silver Spun product was combined with
a gold sheer moiré fabric.
The Lumicor panels were formed into
large rectangular lampshades and
placed above each window display
table. The lanterns conceal the lights
that illuminate the jewelry displayed
below. Illume was chosen as an add-on
to diffuse hotspots and create a natural
glow.
Creating a bold, visual statement, the
lanterns are visible from a distance and
attract the attention of shoppers. This
