Who we are
Inibsa is a pharmaceutical group which has been in the market for 70 years. We provide products and
services for health professionals in dentistry, anesthesia, urology, gynecology, hygiene and disinfection,
regenerative medicine and biotechnology.
Thanks to our two leading companies, Inibsa Dental and Inibsa Hospital, we have managed to become a reference
in Spain and Portugal, and to sell in over 60 countries.
Our commitment to quality and service is based on complying with the highest quality standards and European
norms, thanks to having the most advanced production technology, and a human team which is highly involved in
achieving our targets.
All of this makes Inibsa a competitive, committed group focused on innovation and internationalization.
Grupo Inibsa currently consists of three companies:

It also has its own subsidiary in Portugal called Laboratorios Inibsa Portugal.

History
2013 The new company structure becomes effective: Laboratorios Inibsa, Inibsa Dental and
Inibsa Hospital.
2011 Opening of the second production line of dental anesthetics (up to 150 mill).
2003 Launching of the production line of anesthetics ampoules.
2002 Start of the internationalization process of the company.
1999 First production line of dental anesthetics cartridges (up to 60 mill).
1976 Inauguration of the new 15,000m2 facilities in Llicà de Vall.
1970 Launching of the first hospital and dental anesthetics.
1969 Launching of Nobecutan® (spray dressing) and the Instrunet® line (Disinfection).
1963 Expansion of the Barcelona facilities to 4,000 m2.
1960 Creation of subsidiary Laboratorios Inibsa Portugal.
1948 Foundation of the company.

Furthermore, we have implemented a valuable
alliance with third party companies, to whom we
offer our know-how in order to introduce new
products in countries all over the world.

Social Commitment
In Grupo Inibsa we believe that responsibility and a firm engagement with the society we live in, as well as quality,
labor risk prevention, protecting the environment are three fundamental values for the sustainability in all of our
activities, processes, services and products. We support projects which imply a clear commitment on innovation and
development, with the aim of offering a better life for future generations.
Committed to our environment
It is our daily commitment to act responsibly with the society we live in, and to offer opportunities to the
disadvantaged groups. As a business group, we carry out corporate actions which encourage social activities that
allow the development and improvement of the quality of life of groups of social interest.
This vocation has led us to support initiatives like Fundació Somni dels Nens, which works to make sick children's
dreams true and bring a smile to their faces. We also support the Associació Cedre per a la Promoció Social, an
association which promotes and boosts the social inclusion of youngsters in prisons and immigrants.
Furthermore, in order to achieve our social engagement objectives, we work with companies, organizations, and/or
social entities which provide services, like gardening, or collecting confidential documents, among other things, and
which carry out the socio-professional insertion of youngsters who were formerly in shelter housing or the physically
and mentally disabled. In this regard, we have been working closely and continuously with Vivers de Bell-Lloc, Eina
Activa, Associació Alba, and Fundació bdn capaç, among others.
Our social vocation is also conveyed through the diffusion of culture, a social commodity which we value highly. For
this reason, we work with Fundació Orquestra de Cambra de l’Empordà.
Committed to the environment and Labor risk prevention
Our concern to develop a sustainable activity has led us to implement an environmental management system, which

is annually reviewed through the audit of the UNE-EN ISO 14001:2004 standard. This management system allows
us to manage correctly the environmental consequences of our activities, to promote the efficient use of natural
resources, and a correct waste management.
We encourage environmental training and awareness among our collaborators in order to assure a proper
implementation of the environmental management system of all our employees.
Health and safety for our collaborators is one of our main concern. For this reason, we have implemented a labor
risk prevention management system based on the OHSAS 18001 standard, which allows us to eliminate, minimize
and control labor risks arising from our processes and activities. We periodically carry out training and awareness
campaigns in order to diminish the number of accidents in the company.
Our commitment to the health of our collaborators does not apply only to their workplace, we also encourage that
they have healthy habits to improve their quality of life. In this regard, every year, Grupo Inibsa carries out a Health
plan that includes a series of activities and actions to promote a healthy life.

International projection
The internationalization of our products has been one of our main objectives for more than a decade.
Currently, our international expansion, which started in 2002, is well consolidated, since we are one of the top three
producers of dental anesthetics in the world.
We sell our products in more than 60 countries, thanks to having the technical and human capacity to face the
regulatory challenges in all the different existing markets.
Innovation for our products and materials, and efficiency for our implementation processes allow us to enter new
markets, and to explore new business opportunities.
