This innovative Fries Warmer doubles your fried food-holding time and keeps
your fries golden looking & crispy tasting just like they were straight out from
the fryer. Uniquely developed for the Quick Serve market, the fries Warmer
combines intense ceramic radient heat technologies and a specially designed
bottom heat source to extend the freshness for a variety of fried foods
including nuggets & wedges, thus keeping all those fried foods moist and

Heated Counter Warmer
The Fabristeel Heated Counter Warmer (HCW) series are designed to hold and display
your food items at its optimum serving temperature, thus keeping them fresh and
appetizing.
Its specially designed “Dry Heat” area will help hold your fried food items at its proper
serving temperature while the “Wet Heat” humidity area will help to keep them warmly
moist and fresh.
All Heated Counter Warmers (HCW) are designed to fit on top of a packing table behind
the front counter with clear, see thru, flip doors giving the customer a clear view of the
products, while keeping the food at its optimum serving temperature, always ready to be
served.

Holding Cabinet
The Fabristeel Holding Cabinet (HC Series) is a highly efficient fully insulated cabinet that is
designed to keep your food safe, hot and fresh at their desired temperature until it’s ready to
be served.
2 powerful, high efficient fans and a high capacity heating element, together with its specially
designed interior, will help to re-circulates and uniformly distributes those hot humidified air
across all levels. The quick recovery system will help maintains consistent inside
temperatures even through frequent opening and closing of doors.
Food can then be prepared ahead of time, which reduces the labor required during peak
periods.

The Fabristeel Breading Table (BT Series) is a self-contained prep table which allows the
operators to dip, bread, sift and rack food quickly while occupying a minimum footprint.
Our breading systems are designed to produce consistent product look and taste for both
pressure and non-pressure fried foods while keeping labor cost down and reducing breading
waste.
Unlike others, we have incorporated a patented design which allows you to effortlessly
“Slide-In” your flour laden breading bins instead of the usual “Dropping-In” top loading
model, thus, resulting in reduced operator fatigue and improving safety.

stretching their hands. To caters the needs for
the counter staff, the table had easy to reach
shelving below the table. There is also a table

reaching to pick up the food product either
from the counter warmer or from the shelving.

exceptional proofing system that performs efficiently and
requires virtually no maintenance.
Its uniquely designed will help fermentation of fresh pizza dough
to achieve proper rising and proofing under controlled

Retarder
The Fabristeel Pizza Dough Retarder
complements perfectly the Pizza Dough
Proofers. The retarder is uniquely designed to
quick chill fresh fermented dough from the
proofer and kept until ready for use. Internal
air temperature in the proofer is kept at
present levels by auomatic temperature
controls. Most pizza doughs are being retarded
at temperatures of between 2-5°C.
Our retarders are designed to be trolley loaded
with our triple tier stainless steel trolleys
effortlessly transfering large batches of pizza
dough to and from the Retarder. Trolley sizes
can fit up to 14” pizza pans.

Sandwich Station
The Fabristeel Sandwich Station (SH Series) is a fully equipped prep
station specially design to house all your sandwich making needs both
hot and cold within your reach. Its design has made sandwich
production more efficient while making full use of the valuable kitchen
space.
The station is specially designed in such with areas which could help
keep those hot ingredients in its correct preparation temperature, an
area which allows buns and bun toaster to be house within, a under
counter fridge to enable cold ingredients and others for storage, an
area for those wrapping material and lastly a area for you to prepare
the sandwich.
With the sandwich station, sandwich making can be a breeze taking
task.

Beverage Station
Fabristeel’s very own Beverage System is one that caters to the
needs of a quick mix of icy cold desert on a hot sunny day. This
small foot print unit have everything you need to give your
customer a desert that is created in front of them in seconds.
The unit consist of 3 dry product dispensers for your powered
mixed, 3 syrup pumps for your different types of syrups,
condiments area for your different toppings, an area for your
mixer and a under counter chiller and shelves for your small
wares. This is one unit that you would not resist in completing
your range.

Line Distribution System
Modular designed, this Portioning System is one of the more flexible setup
it could have.
Equipped with a Conveyor Belt System, user can choose to position their
Tray Trolley, Cup Stack Trolley, Mobile Heated Plate Dispenser , Roll-in Bain
Marie, along on either side of the conveyor. At the end of the conveyor,
user can place their Food Cart Trolley to store the ready to serve food tray.
These modular designed Roll-in Bain Marie, Mobile Heated Plate Dispenser
and Foot Cart Trolley comes with individually temperature controlled, so
user can choose whether to turn ON/OFF individually. Power to these
modular units can be tapped easily thru the power point along the side of
the conveyor system
These modular units can be easily stow away when not in use therefore
keeping the kitchen tidy as possible.

Integrated Distribution System
Specifically designed, the Meal Distribution System is perhaps one of the most sophisticated
system which Fabristeel has ever embarked on.
Equipped with a Tray Conveyor System, a Bain Marie Section, a Refrigerated well, and a docking
area for all its mobile dispensing units, this could be the most comprehensive meal distribution
system it could have.
With individual temperature control and display on the Bain Marie Section, and on the
Refrigerated Well, user can choose whether to turn ON/OFF individually.
Drainage for the Bain Marie and Refrigerated Well can be easily achieved thru a common drainage
valve. There is also a water faucet situated for the user to fill up the Bain Marie directly. Self
defrosting and water evaporator are also built-in in the refrigeration unit.
Various mobile dispensing units like the Heated Tray Dispenser, Heated Plate Dispenser, Food
Cover Dispenser, can be easily docked into the system. Once docked, power to these units can be
easily achieved by plugging them directly onto the Meal Distribution System.
Lastly, fitted with heavy duty casters, the Meal Distribution System can be relocated easily.
