In a joint venture with Bozzuto Development Company, O’Neill Properties will develop the
Millennium Apartments, a nine acre residential parcel situated along the Schuylkill River. This
European-style high profile complex will be a mixture of rental housing complete with 375
apartment units at an average net rental space of 900 square feet and 125 condominium units at
an average size of 1,250 square feet.
The intended mix will be 67% one-bedroom units and 33% two-bedroom units. The apartment
buildings will be Type 5 construction, which consists of wood frame, four story units on top of
a concrete parking deck. On property parking is 1.5 spaces per unit. On-site amenities will
include a fitness center, business center, billiard room, media room, an outdoor pool and
barbecue facilities highlighted by a waterfront promenade.
